Terms & Conditions

1.The following rate proposal needs to be approved prior to December 31st 2022.
2. Rates are quoted in USD and will be converted to LKR at TT selling exchange rate published by HSBC - LK and exchange rate is revised every 10 days.
3. As per IATA standards, the greater of the Dimensional or Actual gross weight will be considered as the chargeable weight.
4. FedEx will not be liable for any weight discrepancy once the package arrives to Sri Lanka.
5. Origin & Destination Duties & Taxes are not included in the tariff
6. Fuel Surcharge will be added as per the going market rates
7. Extended Liablitiy coverage (Shipment Insurance) - premium will be charged based on the declared value
8. IPF Calculation - Weight over 68 Kgs per box & L <= 274 cm / L + G <= 330 cm ((Girth) G = 2 W + 2 H) - http://www.fedex.com/in/tools/dimweight.html
