Suite à une nouvelle installation de Sage ERP X3 V7, au moment de la connexion au Point
d’accès afin que le serveur batch s’initialise, nous obtenons le message d’erreur suivant :
Impossible de créer le fichier.

When connected to the Endpoint after a new installation of Sage ERP X3 V7 we get the
following error message at the batch server initialization :

Cannot create the file.

Lorsque l’on essaye d’intégrer une liste de patchs, nous obtenons aussi un message
d’erreur :

Fichier ou répertoire inexistant.

When trying to integrate a patch list, we also get an error message:

No such file or directory.

Si on vérifie le filpath à travers la calculatrice nous obtenons ce résultat :

If you check the filpath through the calculator we get this result:

On devrait normalement avoir comme résultat :

G:\SAGE\X3PREV7\Dossiers\X3

We should normally have this result:

G:\SAGE\X3PREV7\Folders\X3

Solution :

Si vous avez un seul serveur d’application runtime et que vous n’utilisez pas de serveur de
traitement secondaire, ne pas renseigner la case « Serveur d’application » dans la
configuration du serveur X3. Si cette case est renseignée, le runtime l’interprète comme
étant un runtime secondaire.

If your Sage X3 V7 installation isn’t a multiple installation (no additionnal Runtime

configured), do not fill the “Application server” box in the configuration of the X3 server.
If there is an information in this box, it will be interpreted as a secondary runtime.

Si on renseigne avec le même nom que le serveur Hôte celui-ci sera considéré comme un
serveur secondaire (NomDuServeur@).

If you indicate with the same name as the host server it will be considered as a secondary
server (ServerName @).

Etant donné que le processus d’installation du serveur batch a échoué, il faut exécuter le
traitement INSTSERV en étant connecté au dossier de référence X3 (Endpoint)

Since the installation process failed batch server, execute the INSTSERV treatment are
connected to the X3 reference folder (Endpoint)
