GOOD TO KNOW (important)

CORRECT WAY OF COOKING INSTANT NOODLES
Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw
in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it's ready to eat.
This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.
By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG, it will
change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic.
The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and
it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the
noodles.
CORRECT METHOD:
Boil the noodles in a pot with water.
Once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains
wax
Boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then
shut the fire.
Only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with
the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
A large number of patient with the ages ranging from 18-24 years are ending up with
pancreatitis either as a swelling or infection of the pancreas due to regular consumption of
instant noodles..... If the frequency is more than 3 times a week, then it is very hazardous...

STORY OF A SAMURAI
One day, a collection of samurai to fishermen. The fisherman said: "I'm
sorry, but last year is bad, I do not have any money to pay him." The
angry samurai, draws his sword to kill the fish immediately. Very quickwitted, the fisherman said: "I also learned martial arts and my teacher
advised not to fight when angry."
The samurai looked at the fisherman for a while, then slowly lower down

REMEMBERING MASTER KHIEM-HO NGUYEN VAN NHAN

A LA MEMOIRE DE MAITRE KHIM-H NGUYN VAN NHN
En 1994, au cours de lun de mes passages Paris, venant du Canada pour un
stage, mon disciple Ng Thit Hng me prsenta monsieur Nguyn Van Nhn
appartenant la branche darts martiaux vietnamiens Han-Bai. A la suite de cette
rencontre, il rejoignit notre grande organisation VO-VIET INTERNATIONAL.
Plus tard, il fut promu au grade de matre 4me Dang et reut le nom de disciple
Khim-H qui signifie le Tigre Modeste. Par la suite, il obtint le grade de
5me Dang, puis celui de 6me Dang en lan 2007. Le nom H, Tigre est une
distinction rserve aux grands disciples parmi lesquels on trouve : Kin H,
Khim H, Trung H, Nghia H, Dung H, Anh H, Thin H, Hc H, Bach
H, Tin H, Tu H, Dng H, Ty H, Huynh H etc
Matre Nguyn Van Nhn a t promu au grade de matre de VIETTAICHI pour
lequel il a aussi grandement contribu. Il a particip de nombreux stages de
VIETTAICHI: Cestas, Paris, Chartres, Varsovie, La Spezia parmi tant dautres.
Cette anne, par une belle journe dt au Canada, jai reu un message
mannonant la disparition de Khim H le 10 juillet 2012. Une immense
tristesse ma envahi.
Matre Khim-H ne sera jamais oubli.

GOING NORTH
Tallinn, Estonia 31 May 2012
Going north is heading to cold countries, seeing tall people,
enjoying hot coffee, testing one's own character. Strong wind in
the morning, then rain, then sunshine, then unknown house to
stay, full of music everywhere, beer or vodka or water, business
men and truck drivers, castles and churches; forgotten knights
and nostalgic communists; all are together. Late night many
young people in the street to celebrate their future, an unknown
future perhaps, but surely the past has passed. Many of them are
very tall, strong, and confident. Most of them can speak English,
all have cell-phone, some are smoking, and women are not shy.
Yes, these days I am going North leaving Paris behind; Portugal,
Switzerland, Morocco, Warsaw, Canada, Mexico far away.
Where is the North, you would ask? Of course: Wilno, Riga,
Tallinn, Helsinki, Gdansk, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and so
on. But the thing in my mind is: GOING NORTH is going firmly on your Way, never losing
the north of your compass.
BE STRONG, BE CONSISTENT ON THE WAY.

DIRECTION NORD

Se diriger vers le Nord cest aller vers les pays froids, voir des personnes de grande taille,
apprcier le caf chaud, se mettre soi-mme lpreuve. Un vent fort le matin, puis la pluie,
puis le soleil, puis une maison inconnue pour se loger, plein de musique partout, bire ou
vodka, hommes daffaires et conducteurs de camions, chteaux et glises ; chevaliers oublis
et communistes nostalgiques ; tous sont ensemble. Tard dans la nuit beaucoup de jeunes
pour clbrer leur futur, un futur inconnu peut-tre mais le pass est derrire cest certain. Un
grand nombre dentre eux sont grands, forts et srs deux-mmes. La plupart dentre eux
savent parler anglais, tous ont un tlphone cellulaire, quelques-uns fument et les femmes ne
sont pas timides. Oui, ces derniers jours, je suis en route vers le Nord laissant Paris derrire ;
le Portugal, la Suisse, le Maroc, Varsovie, le Canada, le Mexique bien loin. O est le Nord
demanderez-vous ? Bien sr : Wilno, Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, Gdansk, Stockholm, Oslo,
Copenhague et ainsi de suite. Mais ce que jai lesprit est que se diriger vers le Nord cest
daller sur votre Voie avec conviction, ne jamais perdre le nord de votre boussole
ETRE FORT, ETRE CONSTANT SUR LA VOIE.
