Résultat de l’Offre Prioritaire à prix ferme .
(Suite aux avis publiés à la Cote des 06.12.2005 et 07.12.2005)

Il sera procédé à la répartition des 342.858 actions de la société Val Saint-Lambert

International offertes dans le cadre de l’offre Prioritaire à prix ferme de 5,68 € en attribuant
68% de la quantité demandée , arrondi à l’unité supérieure.

Les ordres d’achat n’ayant pas été servis dans le cadre de l’Offre Prioritaire ( soit 32%) seront

ajoutés à l’Offre Non Prioritaire dont la Centralisation par Euronext Brussels aura lieu le

vendredi 09.12.2005.

Resultaat van het Voorkeurbod tegen vaste prijs

(In aansluiting op de berichten verschenen in de Koerslijst van 06.12.2005 en 07.12.2005)

De 342.858 aangeboden aandelen in het kader van het Voorkeurbod tegen vaste prijs van 5,68

€ van de vennootschap Val Saint-Lambert International zullen toegekend worden a rato van
68% van de gevraagde hoeveelheid , afgerond tot aan de eenheid.
De aankooporders die niet bediend werden op het einde van het Voorkeurbod ( hetzij 32%)
zullen bij het Niet-Voorkeurbod toegevoegd worden waarvan de centralisatrie door Euronext
Brussels op vrijdag 09.12.2005 zal plaats vinden.

Résult of the fixed-price Priority Offer

(Following the notices published in the Price List on 06.12.2005 and 07.12.2005)

The 342,858 Val Saint-Lambert International offered shares within the framework of the
Priority Offer at the fixed price of 5.68 € will be allotted at a rate of service of 68%, rounded
off the unity.

The remaining part of the orders of the Priority Offer (or 32%) will be added to the Non
Priority Offer for which the Centralization by Euronext Brussels will take place on Friday, 9
December 2005.

Euronext met à la disposition des opérateurs sans engagement de sa part en terme de contenu 1
ou d’exhaustivité, les informations portées à sa connaissance sur les opérations financières
relatives aux valeurs négociées sur le marché libre.
