To the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two
separated folds contained in a same fold,which must carry the reference indicated in the tender folder, and put down (deposit) at the address:

The reception schedules for folds is as flow: 07H 00 min to 18H 00 min.

The tenderers Bids shall be accompanied by tender guarantee;the amount of the bid bond is indicated in the Tender documents (DPAO). The
validity term must be valid for a period of 210 days as from the deadline for submission of the bids.

7.Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of
the bids.
