BUSINESS IDEA – KEY STUDY

My business is an online concierge service for the management of French and

International students in Paris and Ile-de-France. The objective is to guarantee
students to have accommodation or a furnished room near to their university.
First of all, the company will have a professional customer database. On the one hand,
we will have university residences as partners but also owners who are leaving their
apartment for a long time and who want to rent their already furnished apartment during
their absence.

The process is as follows:

1. Appointment with the owner of owner of the apartment ;

2. Check if there are traces of humidity, electrical installation, check the condition
of the plumbing, the heating system, the state of the equipment of the
accommodation ;
3. Inventory by taking pictures of the flat with any possible faults ;
4. Conclude and sign a rental management contract ;
5. Appointment with the photographer ;
6. Publication of announcement on the site ;
7. Contact with students ;
8. Stay at their disposal during their stay ;
9. Cleaning, linen and inventory at the end of the stay (before the arrival of the
owner).

The site will allows to:

 An apartment offer to be chosen by students ;
 To see equipment of each apartment, the localization ;
 To book their length of stay and to see the price (by creating an account with
their information and wishes)
