Construction of the fuselage. wmg and tail surfaces is easily accomplished. The fuo;clage
framework can be accuralely by u1scrting the longitudinal fuselage members and bulkheads into the
notches in the plywood pieces. Use your favorite epoxy glue to adhere the mcm bers mdividually
as you ao;semble the component parts. The wmg and Stab. ar-e srmi1arly constructed using the plan as
full slze plan. [nsta11 the radio system as indicated on the full size fuselage drawings and the instructtons
provided with your radio. Spmce pushwds are included in the kit as is the piano wire for servo and
control surface atcachment. Cl1vis are not provided in the kit and must be purchased separatcl)

Glue F-2, F-3 .wd FA to the inside of balsa side panel f'-1. Insert fuselage bulkheads and servo
trey F-5 through F-14 into the appropriate notches in the side panels F-l. Glue tail gear mount F-15
into the notches in t he side panel F-1. Glue 1/S''x 1/4" balsa , 1/ 4"x 1/4" balsa stringers in to the
notches of each bulkheads, Plank top of fuselage with 3/32" balsa sheets, Glue F-17 to t he top of
fuselage. Glue F-1 6 to the bottom of fmclage and then plank bottom of fuselage with 3/16" sheets.
Put and glue motor mount F-18 into. the holes of frrewall F-5 and bulkhead F-6. Glue mount rein-
forcement F -19 to the motor mount and firewall with epoxy. Glue plywood reinforcement F-20 and
F-21 to the pl ace with epoxy. Glue front bulkhead F-22 to the engine mount. Put and glue ftllet F-23
and F-24 to the side of fuselage. Curve the balsa blocks as shown in the picture and plan with knife and
halsa plane, Glue wing hold block F-25 to the inside of fuselage. Glue the tail blocks F-26 and shape
as shown in the plan. Glue F-27 through F-29 into the position. Glue 2mm balsa tip to the front side of
bulkhead F-6,

Joint S-1 and S-2 on t he flat board and glue S-3 into the correct position. Glue S-4 to the S-5.
Round the edges of the St ab, and elevators and then sand entire assembly. Attach W the
horizontal Stab. with hinges. Take R-1 and R-2, and then construct the Stab. assembly. Construct t he
rudder with R-3 and R-4. Glue two R-Ss ro the both sides of V, Stab, correctly. Place and glue the
ve rt ica) Stab. on the F-26 with epoxy. Glue H. Stab. to the V. Stab as shown in the plan. Attach the
rudder to the trailing edge of V, Stab, with hinges. Attach the tail gear to the F-15.

Glue ribs W- 1 through W-10 into the notches of leading ede.e W-12 and trailing edge W-11 and
W-13(in this stage, use bottom only). DoubJe the spruce spars as shown in the plan. Take spruce spars
and place into the notches in the ribs. Glue spar webbi ng W-14 through W-19 into the place. Join the
wing halves with spar joiner W-20 through W-24. Glue center ribs W-21 through W-23 into the pl ace.
Glue landing gear mount W-24 through W-26 into the correct position with epoxy. Glue W-27 on the
hottom W-13. Construct the aileron torque rod .and then push ply W-28 and W-29 onto the rod. Put
the torque rod into t he wing frame and then locate the correct position with gluing t he W-28 and W-29
to the ribs W-1 and W-6. Glue tldlling edge plank W-13 to the top of wing trao?omg edge. Plank top
and bottom of wrng wit h 1/16'' balsa sheers. Gl ue wing tip W-30 to t lte out:;ide of wing tip rib W-10.
Attach the aileron W-31 with hmges. Holl ov. t he center top plank and W-21 for aileron servo tray and
then glue ailcwn M"tvo tray par ts W-32 through W-34 jnto t he hole. Round the leading edge and
smooth entire wing wuh !>and papet.

Glue the antenna pole to the fuselage. Paint lnf.Id.e of cockpit with black and RLM grey. Cut
the plast ic. parts from molded sheets as indi cated lmc mside of the molded sheets. Construct t he plastic
parts wit h liquid cement contained in k1t. Trial fit t he plastic parts and if all fir v.rU you)re rrady to
cement. Fi x a few pomt with scot ch tape to keep the actual fonn and glue with liquid cement. The
best way to usc this is have a small pJintbrush , dip jf into the liquid cement and while holding the parts
together allow t he cement to run between tl1 cm. Hold for a few seconds and they will be togcrher.

Di e KonstruktiOn des Rumpfes, dar Flachen und des leitwerks geht Ieicht vonstatten. 'Der Rumpf-
rahman lal?,t s1ch genau arbe1ten, da man die Langsverstrebungen und Spanten 10 d1e Kerben der
Sperrholztetle emsetzen kann. Benu-zen S1e lhren bevorzugten Epoxydkleber. urn die Teile beim
Zusammenbau emzeln Dte Flachen und Leitwerke werden auf eme ahnliche Art
gebaut, mdem man den Plan maBsta)llch benutzt. Die Fernsteuerung wird lt. Plan und gemaB den
Angaben lhrer Bedtenungsanleltung fi.Jr d1e fernsteuerung eingebaut . Schubstangen aus K1efemholz
smd 1m Baukasten enthalten, ebenso Klav1erdraht zum Anbnngen der Servos und Steuertetle.
Gabelkdpfe smd 1m Baukasten mcht und mussen dazugekauft werden.

Kleben S1e F-2, F-3 und F-4 an d1e lnnense1te der Balsa-Se1tente1le. Setzen Sre dre Rurnpfspaflten und
die Servobefest1gungen F-5 bis 14 '" die ncht1gen Kerben der Se1tente1le F-1. Kl eben Sie das
Hartholzteol F-15 1n die Kerben der F-1, Kleben Sie 3x6mm Balsa holz und 6x6mm Balsa
verstrebungen 10 d1e Kerben jedes Spants. Bep\anken Sie d1e Oberse1te des Rumpfes mit 2mm Balsa-
brettchen. Motortrager F-18 10 d1e Locher des Kopfspantes F-5 und des Spantes F-6 e1nsetzen und
festkleben. Die Tragerve rstar kung F 19 an Motortragar und Kopfstpant mot Epoxydleber festkl eben.
Den Frontspant F-22 an den Motortnger kleben, warden Die BalsaletSten F-23 und F-24
an d1e Rumpfse1ten geklebt . Die Bals.tblocke werden nun wie auf dem Foto und rm Plan abgebddet mit
emem Balsamesser und Balsahobel reformt. AnschlieBend der Flachenhalteklotz F-25 an die
Rumpf1nnense1te geklebt. F-26 emkl eben und wie tm Plan gezetgt forman. Kleben Ste
Vordersette des Kopfspantes F-6 klebn.

S-1 und S-2 auf emem flachen Brett VHb1nden und S-3 in der richtigen Position ankleben. Kleben Sie S-

gesamte Konst rukt ton a b. Sre dte Hohenruder m1t dem Hohen\e1twerk m1tteJs Scharmeren.

Sre dre K1ef ernholme und setzen S1 e crese rn dre Kerben der R1ppen. Kleben S1e d1e Holmverstarku ngen
W-14 biS W-19 etn. Verbtnden Ste dte Fiachenh al ften mot den Holmverbmdunge n W-20 bos W-24
Kleben S1e d1e M1ttelnppen W-21 b1s W23 em. Kl eben Sre die Fahrwerksauflagen W-24 brs W-26 m d1e
ncht1ge Pos1t10n rn1t Epoxydkl eber . Kleben S1e W-27 auf die Unterse1te von W-13. Die
Ouer ruderschubstange fert1gen und W28 und W-29 aufstecken. Or e Schubstange tn den Fl achenrahmen
setzen und d1e Korrekte Posrt1on ausnrachen, mdem W28 und W-29 an die Rrppen W-1 und W6 geklebt
werden. Endlelstenbeplankung W-13 auf d1e Flachenendlerste aufbnngen. Beplanken S1e dre Flachen
oben und unten m1t 1.5mm Balsahoz . Randbogen W-30 an der AuBense1te der Flugelendnppe W-10
anbrtngen. Querruder W-31 mrt Scha1n1eren anbnngen. Schne1den S1e d1e obere Mlt tenbeplankung und
W-21 fur doe Servobefesttgung aus u 1d kleben dte Teile der SErvobefesttgung W32 bos W-34 in doe
Offnung. Funden Sie die Nasenle1ste und schmrrgeln Sre die Flachen gut mtt Sandpap1er ab.

Kl eban S1e den Antennenmast an den Rumpf. Streichen Sie die lnnenseite des Cockpits mtt schwarzer
und grauer SIMPROP Superfmrsh. Farbe. Schne1den Sre dre Plastrkterle aus den vorgeformten Tafeln
w1e mnen m1t emer hme gekennzetcrnet. Bauen Sie dre Plastrkterl e mit dem Kleber , der 1m BAudasten
enthalten 1St, zusammen. Passen SIS dre Plast1kterle probeweise em und, wenn ali es gut paBt, konnen
Ste dleben. Befest1gen S1e etnrge Punkte mit Kl ebeband, urn dre richtrge form be1zubehalten. Das
Emkleben konnen Sre am besten bevmrkstell rgen. mdem Sie einen klemen Lackterpmsel benutzen und
dresen in den kleber tauchen. Sre den Kleber Zwischen die Tei!e laufen. wahrend Sre sre
zusammenhalten. Ern paar Sekunden andrucken und sie werden halten. Di e Haube wtrd am Rumpf mrt
selbstsrchernden Schrauben befestrg1. Kleben Ste dre Kabtne an den Rumpf . Befeshgen Ste rfen
LufteinlaB und den olkUhler an dem Rumpf und d1e Ventilatoren an der Flachenunterse1te. Befestrgen
Sie d1e Fahrwerksstrebe an der Flache mit entsprechenden Befestlgungen und Hol zschrauben.
