Introduction
Le présent rapport a pour objectif de rendre compte de la réception du marché
portant sur l'installation d'un système de vidéosurveillance et de contrôle d'accès au
bâtiment de la direction de l’OCP SA, site de Safi.
Ce document détaille les différentes étapes de l'exécution du contrat, depuis la

planification jusqu'à la réception définitive des travaux.
Objectif :
Le présent rapport vise à documenter la réception du marché relatif à
l'installation d'un système de vidéosurveillance et de contrôle d'accès au bâtiment de
la direction d’OCP SA, site de Safi.
Contexte :
L'OCP vise à renforcer la sécurité de la direction du site en installant un
système de vidéosurveillance et de contrôle d'accès.
Les exigences principales comprennent la préservation des biens et des
personnes, l'utilisation de caméras aux points d'accès déterminés lors d'une visite
ultérieure, et la gestion en temps réel des événements d'accès.
L'OCP souhaite acquérir un matériel durable et fiable, assurant la transmission
efficace des données vers un serveur d'enregistrement et un écran dédié à la
vidéosurveillance et au contrôle d’accès.

Planning d’exécution
Introduction :
SIGMA GLOBAL SERVICES s'engage à appliquer et à respecter les points et les

exigences imposés par l'OCP lors de l'élaboration de ce projet.
SIGMA GLOBAL SERVICES avait commencé par une visite préliminaire dédiée à
la réalisation d'une étude initiale du projet afin de mettre en œuvre correctement

toutes les tâches imposées par le client et d'accomplir les missions qui nous sont
confiées sans aucun problème.
Etude initiale :
Après avoir réalisé une étude approfondie du projet, SIGMA GLOBAL SERVICES a
identifié les points suivants :
 Localisation et repérage des sites où les travaux doivent être exécutés.

 Approvisionnement des sites en matériel, conformément au Descriptif Technique
fourni par l'OCP SAFI.
 Sélection des équipements appropriés pour l'installation, la configuration et la mise en
œuvre du matériel.
 Choix d'une main-d'œuvre compétente et qualifiée pour garantir l'efficacité lors des
travaux d'installation et de configuration. Attribution des rôles au sein de l'équipe pour
l'exécution des travaux.
 Adaptation du plan d'exécution des travaux en fonction de la durée convenue
entre SIGMA GLOBAL SERVICES et l'OCP SAFI.

Basée sur la plate-forme ARTPEC-8, la caméra AXIS P1467-LE offre une excellente qualité d'image en résolution 5 MP.
Elle intègre une unité de traitement deep learning qui offre des fonctions et de puissantes applications avancées
reposant sur le deep learning en périphérie. Avec AXIS Object Analytics préinstallé, elle permet la détection et la

Configurez votre ordinateur
REMARQUE : En fonction de la configuration que vous avez commandée, les images présentées dans ce document peuvent être
différentes de votre ordinateur.
1. Connectez le clavier et la souris aux ports USB de l’ordinateur. Si vous disposez d’un clavier et d’une souris sans fil, reportez-
vous à la documentation fournie avec le clavier et la souris sans fil.
2. Connectez-vous à votre réseau à l’aide d’un câble Ethernet. Vous pouvez également vous connecter à un réseau sans fil disponible
lors de la configuration du système d’exploitation.

3. Branchement de l’écran. Pour savoir comment configurer l’écran, reportez-vous à la documentation qui l’accompagne.
REMARQUE : Si vous avez deux cartes graphiques, la carte installée sur le logement PCI-Express x16 (logement 1 pour carte
graphique) correspond à la carte graphique principale.
4. Connectez le câble d’alimentation à l’ordinateur puis branchez-le sur la prise murale.

5. Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation situé à l’avant de l’ordinateur pour le mettre sous tension. Le cas échéant, appuyez sur le bouton
d’alimentation de l’écran pour le mettre sous tension.
REMARQUE : Pour obtenir des instructions sur la façon de connecter des haut-parleurs, une imprimante et d’autres accessoires,
consultez la section Me and My Dell sur www.dell.com/manuals.
6. Terminez l’installation de Windows.

Suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran pour terminer la configuration. Lors de la configuration, Dell recommande les étapes
suivantes :

● Connectez-vous à un réseau pour obtenir les mises à jour Windows.
REMARQUE : Si vous vous connectez à un réseau sans fil sécurisé, saisissez le mot de passe d’accès au réseau sans fil lorsque
vous y êtes invité.
● Si vous êtes connecté à Internet, connectez-vous avec un compte Microsoft ou créez-en un. Si vous n’êtes pas connecté à
Internet, créez un compte hors ligne.
● Dans l’écran Support et protection, entrez vos coordonnées.
7. Repérez et utilisez les applications Dell depuis le menu Démarrer de Windows (recommandé).

Avant
1. Lecteur optique fin (en option)

Permet de lire et d’écrire des données sur des CD, DVD et disques Blu-Ray.
2. Voyant d’activité du lecteur optique
Le voyant d’activité du lecteur optique est allumé lorsque l’ordinateur lit ou écrit des données sur le disque optique.
3. Bouton d’éjection du lecteur optique
Appuyez sur ce bouton pour ouvrir le plateau du lecteur optique.
4. Trou d’éjection d’urgence du lecteur optique
Permet d’éjecter le plateau du lecteur optique manuellement lorsque le bouton d’éjection du lecteur optique ne fonctionne pas.

5. Bouton d’alimentation
Appuyez sur ce bouton pour allumer l’ordinateur s’il est éteint, en veille ou en veille prolongée. Appuyez sur ce
bouton pour mettre l’ordinateur en veille s’il est allumé.
Appuyez et maintenez ce bouton enfoncé pour forcer l’arrêt de l’ordinateur.
REMARQUE : Vous pouvez personnaliser le comportement du bouton d’alimentation dans Windows. Pour plus d’informations,

6. Logement de carte SD
Permet de lire et d’écrire sur la carte SD. L’ordinateur prend en charge les types de cartes suivants :

données allant jusqu’à 5 Gbit/s.

Connectez-vous à des périphériques de stockage externe. Bénéficiez de vitesses de transfert de données allant jusqu’à 5 Gbit/s.

4. Logement d’extension pour carte graphique double largeur
Ce logement d’extension accueille la moitié inférieure d’une carte graphique double largeur, si elle est installée dans le logement PCI-
Express x16.
5. Logement PCI Express x4
Connectez une carte PCI-Express comme une carte graphique, audio ou réseau pour étendre les capacités de votre ordinateur.
6. Port d’alimentation
Connectez un câble d’alimentation pour alimenter votre ordinateur en courant électrique.
7. Voyant de diagnostic de l’alimentation
Indique l’état de l’alimentation.
8. Logement pour câble de sécurité (en forme de biseau)

Permet d’attacher un câble de sécurité pour empêcher les déplacements non autorisés de votre ordinateur.

Permet de connecter un câble Ethernet (RJ45) d’un routeur ou d’un modem haut débit pour accéder au réseau ou à Internet. Les deux
voyants près du connecteur signalent l’état de la connectivité et l’activité réseau.
10.Étiquette du numéro de série
Le numéro de série est un identifiant alphanumérique unique qui permet aux techniciens de maintenance Dell d’identifier les composants
matériels de votre ordinateur et d’accéder aux informations de garantie.

Remove the protection film from the adhesive strip and stick the cable
clip on the desk kit in a way that the cut-out border forms a line with the
housing (see illustration above).
Guide the required cables through the opening on the rear of the desk kit

Put the Intercom station onto the desk kit, lower end first.
