Le petit gorille qui naimait pas les bananes
Ctait un petit gorille qui naimait pas les bananes. Dur dur pour un singe de ne
pas aimer les bananes.
Sa maman avait tout essay : bananes flambes, bananes en souffl, en compote, en
papillote, tartes la banane, chaussons la banane, des banana-split, des sorbets
la banane... Rien ny faisait : le petit gorille refusait den manger.
Dsespre, la maman gorille dcida daller voir le sorcier des singes : le vieil Orang- His mummy, desperate, decided to go and meet the sorcerer of the monkeys: the

Les parents du petit gorille firent ce que le sorcier des singes leur avait dit.
Le jeune gorille resta trois jours et trois nuits tout seul sur son rocher au bord de
la rivire Outabanana.
Le matin du quatrime jour, les parents vinrent chercher leur petit. Fou de joie,
le jeune gorille se jeta dans les bras de sa maman, et quand la maman gorille lui
prsenta un rgime de bananes, ik le dvora tout entier..

There was once a little gorilla who did not like bananas. How hard for a monkey

La paire de tennis
Salut, je nous prsente, voici Tennis Piedgauche et Tennis Pieddroit. Nous sommes
une paire de chaussures de tennis. Enfin une vieille paire de chaussures de tennis.
Aujourdhui Maman a dcid que nous tions, Piedgauche et moi, bons pour la
poubelle.
Pourtant, je me rappelle le temps merveilleux o nous tions bien rangs sur
ltagre du magasin, attendant que de petits pieds veuillent bien nous chausser.
Que nous tions beaux lpoque : tout en cuir blanc, avec une bande bleue de
chaque ct et du caoutchouc tout autour pour nous protger des mauvais coups.
De grands lacets tous blancs ornaient nos oeillets.
Et un jour ce ft Jrome qui nous choisit, sans hsitation, au dsespoir de Maman
qui nous trouvait trop chers. Mais Jrome gagna et nous amena avec lui. A partir
de ce jour, la vraie vie commena pour nous.
Ds quil nous chaussait, on partait laventure. Piedgauche naimait pas spcialement
les aprs-midi de vlo parce que Jrome avait tendance se servir de lui comme
dun frein. Moi, je craignais plus les parties de football avec les copains parce que
je revenais toujours avec plein de bosses.
Chaque dimanche soir Maman grondait parce que nous tions sales et Jrome
devait nous laver. Mme quune fois nous avons eu droit la machine laver. Nous
navons pas beaucoup apprci. Mais pour que Jrome puisse nous chausser, nous
tions prts tous les sacrifices.
Un jour Jrome dcida de partir laventure dans la fort derrire la maison. Ce jour
l Jrome ne nous a pas mnag : il ne pensait qu ses jeux et peu nous. Avec lui
nous avons combattu les btes froces, saut par dessus les fleuves et les prcipices,
conquis des contres sauvages. Nous lui avons permis dchapper ses ennemis,
de sauver les jolies princesses, de terrasser les monstres et les mchantes sorcires.

One day Jerome decided to seek adventure in the woods behind the house. Jerome

We made it possible for him to escape his enemies, to save some beautiful princesses,

Vex, le perroquet rouge lui rpond : Quest-ce quil a mon plumage rouge ? Elles
sont trs belles mes plumes rouges ! Et puis dailleurs je nen ai pas dautres. Et
mme sil ne vous plat pas mon plumage, au milieu des fleurs je me confonds !
A son tour le perroquet rouge, envieux, dit au perroquet jaune Vous avez lair
malin avec votre plumage jaune !
Vex, le perroquet jaune lui rpond : Quest-ce quil a mon plumage jaune ? Elles
sont trs belles mes plumes jaunes ! Et puis dailleurs je nen ai pas dautres. Et
mme sil ne vous plat pas mon plumage, dans le ciel on ne voit que moi !
A son tour le perroquet jaune, fch, dit au perroquet vert Vous avez lair malin
avec votre plumage vert !
Vex, le perroquet vert lui rpond : Quest-ce quil a mon plumage vert ? Elles
sont trs belles mes plumes vertes ! Et puis dailleurs je nen ai pas dautres. Et
mme sil ne vous plat pas mon plumage, dans le feuillage je suis invisible !
A ce moment-l, un orage sabat sur la fort. Le vent souffle, le tonnerre gronde,
la pluie se dchane. Pour se protger, les trois perroquets se rapprochent. Mais la
tempte redouble et nos perroquets sont malmens, projets droite, projets
gauche, secous dans tous les sens.
Mais au petit matin, lorsque le soleil est apparu, il ny a plus ni perroquet vert,
ni perroquet rouge, ni perroquet jaune. Non la place il y a trois magnifiques
perroquets rouge-vert-jaune.
Dans la tempte, leurs plumes se sont mlanges !

Le costume du Pre Nol

A quelques jours de Nol, le Pre Nol essaye son costume devant limmense
miroir de sa chambre.

Aussitt le Pre Nol se rend dun pas dcid vers la fabrique de jouets. Et toujours
aussi rsolu, il entre dans la salle des costumes o il surprend une jeune costumire
en train de coudre des paillettes sur une robe de princesse.
- Pre Nol ? stonne la costumire, que vous arrive-il ?
- Du rouge, du rouge, rien que du rouge. Je nen peux plus. Je veux changer de
costume.
- Changer de costume ? demande perplexe, la petite costumire.
- Oui, je veux changer de costume. Quavez-vous me proposer ? ronchonne le
Pre Nol tout en farfouillant dans les penderies.
La petite costumire rflchit et dit :
- Passez derrire ce paravent. Je vais voir ce que je peux trouver.
Aprs avoir fouill quelques instants dans la penderie, la petite costumire tend au
Pre Nol un masque noir avec des oreilles pointues, une combinaison noire avec
gros dessin dor sur la poitrine et une grande cape noire.
Derrire le paravent, le Pre Nol enfile le costume et vient sadmirer devant le
miroir.
- Un costume de Batman ? Noir non cest bien trop noir ! sexclame le Pre
Nol. Trouvez-moi autre chose !
Quelques minutes aprs, la petite costumire tend au Pre Nol un habit dcor de
centaine de losanges rouges, verts et jaunes, un demi-masque noir, un bonnet blanc
et des chaussons orns dun pompon.
Derrire le paravent, le Pre Nol enfile le costume et vient sadmirer devant le

une longue cote de mailles, une solide armure et une pe.
Derrire le paravent, le Pre Nol enfile le costume et vient sadmirer devant le
miroir.
- Un costume de chevalier ? Je ne peux pas bouger non ce nest vraiment pas
pratique pour distribuer des jouets ! sexclame le Pre Nol. Trouvez-moi autre
chose !
Encore une fois la petite costumire cherche dans la range de costumes et lui tend
un chapeau de paille, des sandales en cuir et un maillot bleu fleurs jaunes.
Derrire le paravent, le Pre Nol enfile le costume et vient sadmirer devant le
miroir.
- Un costume de bain ? Il fait trop froid la nuit de Nol non je vais tre malade
! sexclame le Pre Nol. Trouvez-moi autre chose !
En soupirant, la petite costumire retourne dans la penderie. Elle lui tend de
grandes bottes noires, une ceinture noire galement, un pantalon rouge et un grand
manteau rouge bord de fourrure blanche.

Radieuse, la toute petite grenouille sauta sans attendre sur la carapace de la tortue.

grenouille sur le premier nnuphar.
Folle de joie, la toute petite grenouille passa une partie de la journe sauter dun
nnuphar lautre : le premier tait trop grand, le second trop mou, le troisime
pas assez doux, le quatrime navait pas de fleur, quant au cinquime il tait parfait.
La toute petite grenouille huma le parfum grisant de la grande fleur blanche et
finalement sendormit puise. Que cest beau une petite grenouille sur un
nnuphar!
Mais quand elle se rveilla, le soleil stait couch, il faisait beaucoup plus frais et
tout coup la toute petite grenouille se sentit bien seule. Elle ralisa alors quelle
tait bien loin du bord de la mare.
Et maintenant, comment je vais faire pour retourner sur le bord de la mare ?
soupira-t-elle.

Paniqus, les fermiers tentent de cacher vaches, cochons et poulets : rien ny fait,
Terrible russit toujours les croquer. Paniqus, les moissonneurs tentent de
moissonner les champs de bl, dorge et davoine : rien ny fait. Terrible russit
toujours les mastiquer.
Animal ou vgtal, Terrible nen fait quune bouche.
Excd, le peuple du royaume de lest vient se plaindre au roi :
- En voil assez, cela ne peut plus durer, clame le peuple. Envoyez votre arme,
faites ce que vous vous voulez, mais rendez-nous la paix !
Irrit par la colre de ses sujets, le roi rassemble toute son arme pour chasser
