Energy-Climate-Development
This axe aims to create favorable conditions for community resilience to climate
change and facilitates access to recent sources that emit less greenhouse energy for

RECA (Resource Center for
Alternative Energy)

An important part of the RECA project is
the agro-ecology research and
formation centre (CEFRA). It was
launched in 2013 in Tsiko (region Kpélé)
and aims at developing a research side
for sustainable farming, ecology and
botanics, offering consultant services in
agro-ecology as well as creating a
network at a national scale. The centre
offers various possibilities on formation
as well as scientific activities and
internships.
