Ideal for customers without internet access. Upon request, NTL will provide proof of delivery of your
shipment via fax or post.

Quantum View Notify, a NTL notification service, can send you and your customers e-mails about important
events in the progress of your shipment.
NTL automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage, up to a certain value. With Declared
Value for Carriage, you may increase NTL's limit of liability for proven losses by declaring a higher value for
carriage on the NTL shipping documentation. The value of the goods declared shall not in any event exceed
USD 50,000 or its local currency equivalent per package.

For time-critical shipments, NTL offers the convenience of Saturday Delivery. This
service comes with all the features you would expect from NTL, including full electronic
tracking and proof of delivery. Please contact your local NTL office for service
availability.

Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes/ Value Added taxes (VAT). NTL may prepay
duties, taxes and other government charges on behalf of the payer. A fee will be charged based on the full
advance amount.

Direct Delivery only ensures a package is delivered to theaddress on the shipping label. Packages shipped
with Direct Delivery Only may not ne re-routed, re-directed or delivered to an alternate address. Direct
Delivery Only packages are eligible for Driver release or letter box release at the labeled address. Direct
Delivery Only is available for residential and commercial packages.

Dry ice (UN1845) is not regulated for ground transportation globally. Dry ice may be prepared for air
transport using ICAO / IATA regulations where accepted globally (including the U.S.) or D.O.T. regulations
in the U.S. Dry Ice is available in block and pellet form and has a surface temperature of minus 109 degrees
(minus 78 degrees C). As dry ice melts, it displaces oxygen and freezes. Special care must be taken in
handling dry ice. Special Hazardous Materials regulations may apply to its use. Shipping with dry ice is by
contract only.

Accessible dangerous goods are goods that have been indicated as being dangerous and are capable of
being accessed by NTL handlers. If NTL can access the items or goods which may be dangerous, they will
fall under this category.

Non-accessible dangerous goods are goods that have been indicated as being dangerous but are otherwise
inaccessible. Even if NTL can’t get to the dangerous goods (such as internal non-removable lithium
batteries), there are the surcharges you may encounter.

product recalls. Once applied, your customer can arrange a collection with NTL. For service availability

Enables you to generate a label and include it in an outbound shipment to over 100 countries worldwide.
You may also distribute the labels separately after your shipment has been sent. Customers then simply
apply the label to their package and arrange a collection with NTL. For service availability, please call NTL

Allows you to e-mail a return label to customers in over 100 countries. Your customer can then print the
return label and a receipt before arranging collection with NTL. For service availability, please call NTL

Allows you to request a collection for the prompt return of a package. A NTL driver will make one attempt to
collect the return package. If unable to collect the package, our driver will leave the label for your
customer.The customer will then apply the label to the package and take it to a NTL location or contact NTL

Allows you to request a collection for the prompt erturn of a package. The NTL driver will attempt to collect
your package for three consecutive business days. If, by the thrid attempt, the driver is unsuccessful in
collecting the shipment, the label will be retuned to NTL and you will have to reprocess the service request.

Additional Charges

All amounts set out, or expressed to be payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to be exclusive of
any Value Added Tax (VAT). If VAT is chargeable, in accordance with UAE law, customers shall pay to NTL
charging the VAT an amount equal to the amount of VAT on the invoice.

In the event of a change in the price of fuel, NTL may add or modify a surcharge on rates by an amount it
may reasonably consider to reflect the consequential increase in its direct operating cost. NTL uses an
index-based surcharge based on the Rotterdam Jet Fuel Prices reported by the US Department of Energy for
the month that is two months prior to the adjustment.
This surcharge is reviewed monthly. The latest details concerning any fuel surcharge applicable are set out
on www.NTL.com.

NTL will apply a surcharge for any collections or deliveries to areas considered an extension of the normal
NTL service area. Depending on the ease of accessibility, these locations served are classified as either an
extended area or a remote area.

please refer to www.NTL.com. Go to "Calculate Time & cost" and then click 'Zones and Tariff's" or contact
NTL UAE Customer Service.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the shipper, and the correct address is within the same
destination country, NTL will make every reasonable effort to find the correct address and deliver the
shipment.
For domestic Shipments, when NTL has taken measures to try to deliver the shipment but has been
unsuccessful, NTL will automatically return the shipment by our NTL Express Saver service (where
available). The payer of the original charges will also pay for the return charges. Transportation and fuel
charges will apply for the return.
For international shipments, when NTL has taken measures to try to deliver the shipment but has been
unsuccessful, NTL will contact the shipper and process the shipment upon instructions. The shipping costs
and a surcharge will be charged to the shipper for the processing of each such undeliverable shipment.

This charge applies when the shipper selects the receiver or third party to pay the transportation charges
and the bill-to party refuses to pay. If the receiver or a third party is selected to pay the transportation
charges and the bill-to account is incorrect or missing, NTL searches its records for the correct account
number. whether or not the account number is found, a processing fee per shipment is billed back to the
shipper
Charges to a payer's account in a foreign currency will be converted to the payer's currency using a weekly
exchange rate secured through Major Money Centre Banks.
For shipments when the payer of duties and taxes/Value Added Tax (VAT) is not located in the destination
country.
This service is designed to accommodate customers that ship irregular packages that require extra manual
handling in NTL operations.
Additional Handling applies to the following:
• Any article including tyres that is not fully encased in an outside shipping container
• Any article that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood
• Cans or pails that are not fully encased in a shipping container made of corrugated cardboard
• Any package that exceeds 122cm in length or its second-longest side exceeding 76cm
• Any article that is enclosed in a plastic wrapping or bag, excluding the NTL Express Pak
• Any cylindrical item, such as barrel, drum, pail, or tyre, that is not fully encased in a corrugated
cardboard shipping container
• Any package with an actual weight greater than 32 kg
• Each package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 32kg and
the weight for each package is not specified on the source document or the NTL automated
shipping system used.
NTL also reserves the right to assess the additional Handling charge for any package that, in NTL's sole
discretion, requires special handling. The Additional Handling Charge will not be assessed when a Large
Package Surcharge is applied.

A package is considered a “Large Package” when its length plus girth [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)]
combined exceeds 300cm, but does not exceed the maximum NTL size of 400cm. Large Packages are
subject to a minimum billable weight of 40kg. In addition, the Large Package Surcharge will be applied.

Packages with an actual weight of more than 70kg, or that exceed 274cm in length, or exceed a total of 400
cm in length and girth combined [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)], are not accepted for transportation. If
found in the NTL small package system, they are subject to an additional charge. Packages exceeding 400
cm in length and girth combined are also subject to the Large Package Surcharge.

WWEF Shipments: Depending on origin and destination, this surcharge may apply to certain NTL Worldwide
Express Freight shipments. To determine if a particular origin or destination has an oversize pallet limit,
please visit www.NTL.com/worldwideexpressfreight

NTL provides freight delivery service to residential addresses as well as business addresses. A residential
delivery is one made to a home, including a business operating out of a home. For each residential delivery,
an additional charge per shipment applies.

NTL will obtain the adult recipient's signature and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the
adult recipient's signature online.
NOTE: Adult recipients must have reached the legal age of adulthood in the
receiving country. Higher age limits may apply where the legal age of adulthood is less than 21 years of
age.

For service to an extended area, the following will be

added to shipping charges:
AED 2.00 per kilogram or minimum of
AED 150 per shipment, whichever is greater.
For service to a remote area, an
amount of AED 5 per kilogram or a minimum of AED
150 per shipment, whichever is the greater, will be
added to the shipping charges. For service to remote
area an amount of AED 5.30 per kg or a minimum of
AED 139/shipment which ever is greater will be added in
shipping charges

AED 40 per shipment will be billed to the shipper in

addition to the shipping costs.

AED 23 per undeliverable shipment will be charged in

addition to the shipping costs.

AED 100 per shipment will be charged to the shipper, in

addition to the shipping charges and other amounts
payable when non-payment occurs.

In addition, an exchange fee equal to 1.0% of the

amount converted will apply.
AED 75 per shipment will be billed to the party who
pays the shipping charges plus VAT (where applicable)
