Numeric parameters
Some parameters can be set in accordance with
requirements (e.g. display formats), others have to be
taken from Spec Sheet supplied. Enter numeric value, e.g. nominal feed rate.
During parameter input, all functions are maintained.
However, during operation, only parameters with no
influence on measurement, e.g. display filters, should
be changed.

Fail-Safe Circuit
For mechanical system monitoring, a fail-safe circuit is Service value “FC Act. Deviation” shows the current
available designed to correlate current control control magnitude deviation in percent of defined
magnitude and selected setpoint. If the control tolerance.
magnitude value is out of specified tolerance, event is
reported by message and digital output. If values exceed 100%, MAX is reported; if values fall
below -100%, system reports MIN.
When operating MULTICOR in potentially explosive
atmospheres, activate fail-safe circuit.
