Exercise 02:

Along theese four years in studies of architecture , i realised a considerable number of projects with
different types , but my dream house that i always imagined realising it for myself is discribed as :
The concept of this moderne resiential dwelling is to provide to it two gardens ,one in the back with
a swimming pool anda playing area , and the second in the front .
My house is organised into 4 floors , the basement is accessible by a slope , it contains a garage for
two cars and technical spaces and a hammam . Wa have acces to the first floor that is made only for
daily spaces , from the front door where we find a wide hall that distribute to a big open space with
white walls which is the living room that can be admired from the other floors by a mizzanine , wide
kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom , and the stairs that connect all the floors .
In the second floor are positionned all calm quite spaces , master suite with its own dressing and
bathroom and bed side table , a bedroom for the boy , another one for the girl with one bathroom
in common also a room to reception guests , all these spaces look into the two gardens from larg
windows .
The third floor is made specialy for work and for amuse by creating a wide big open space that incluse
a small gym , playing space , two offices also a friend corner, that have a nice vue into the back yard
from the terrace .
