With a working width of 2.40 m and a maximum working depth of 510 mm, the recycler is highly
flexible when it comes to operations in soil stabilizing and cold recycling.

Thanks to its high-performance levels in milling and mixing and its variable mixing chamber,
consistent and homogeneous mixing results can be achieved.

When it comes to soil stabilizing, the ideal performance range is between 4,000 and 8,000 square
meters a day.

For cold recycling, the ideal performance range is between 500 and 1,000 square meters per hour and
15 to 20 cm of asphalt thickness.

Soil Stabilization WR Model Series

Soil stabilization scores top marks in comparison to soil exchange as it requires fewer truck
transports, results in shorter construction times, saves resources and reduces CO2 emissions. When
operating as a soil stabilizer, the WR uses its powerful milling and mixing rotor to mix pre-spread
binders, such as lime or cement, into the existing, insufficiently stable soil at working depths up to 22
inches (560 mm) to convert it into a construction material of high quality in an is-situ

Par rapport au remplacement, la stabilisation des sols a l'avantage de réduire le nombre de

déplacements de camions, de raccourcir les temps de construction, de ménager les ressources et
d'abaisser les émissions de C02. Equipé d'un puissant rotor de fraisage et de malaxage, le
stabilisateur de sols WR mélange les liants répandus au préalable, tels que de la chaux ou du ciment,
avec le sol non portant jusqu'à une profondeur de 560 mm, le transformant directement sur site en
un matériau d'excellente qualité. Le matériau sol-liant homogène ainsi obtenu présente une
résistance durable à l'eau et au gel, une constance de volume ainsi qu'une haute résistance à la
traction, à la compression et au cisaillement.
