AGT SpA
Fondé en 1969, AGT SpA (avant Agrotec SpA) est un cabinet de conseil leader,
tant au niveau national qu’international, dans les domaines de l’agriculture, du
développement rural et de environnent offrant un large éventail de services qui
incluent l'assistance technique et l'acquisition d'instruments et de machines et
de produits de haute technologie.

AGT SpA – Unité d’Approvisionnement

Fondée en 1995, l’Unité d’approvisionnement de AGT a réalisé avec succès plus
de 70 projets d'approvisionnement à grande échelle financés par l'UE, la BM et
la BAD, BID, BAD, FAO, ONU et Coopération Italienne.

Les activités de l’Unité d’approvisionnement se sont étendues de l'identification

des fournisseurs potentiels conformément aux spécifications techniques requises
par l'utilisateur final à la mise en œuvre des contrats d'approvisionnement, y
compris la logistique, le site de préparation, l'installation de livraison et la mise
en service des fournitures. Grâce à ses relations étroites avec les fabricants et
son réseau mondial des fournisseurs de services, AGT peut fournir une formation
du personnel autorisé et certifié et un service après-vente local des équipements
fournis conformément aux protocoles du fabricant.
Au cours des dernières années, AGT a développé projets dans une grande variété
des domaines tels que la fourniture des matières premières, les machines
agricoles, l’équipement de traitement pour l’agro-industrie, l’équipement
médical, les usines photovoltaïques, le forage de puits, les systèmes
automatisées d’identification des empreintes digitales, avec s’activité principale
de fourniture d'équipements de laboratoire scientifique et analytique en couvrant

Instrumentation scientifique et analytique
Depuis le début, les activités de l'AGT se sont concentrées sur la fourniture
d'équipements de laboratoire scientifique et analytique, y compris la conception
des laboratoires, l'identification des équipements les plus adaptés, la préparation
du site, le transport, l'installation, la mise en service, les essais et les services
après-vente. 25 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des laboratoires ont permis à
AGT d'établir un partenariat avec les plus grands fabricants mondiaux. L'Unité
d’Approvisionnement dispose d'un personnel dédié et hautement qualifié dont
les efforts visent à garantir la bonne exécution des contrats et la satisfaction des
clients.

internes, AGT est en mesure de répondre
rapidement aux exigences des
spécifications techniques du Client en
identifiant les équipements les plus
adaptes et en assurant la mise en service,

Éducation
Nos connaissances et notre expérience
dans le domaine des laboratoires ont
permis à AGT d'entrer récemment en
2017 dans le monde de la fourniture de
matériel pédagogique pour les lycées,
les universités, les instituts de
recherche et techniques, etc.
Grâce à ses relations étroites avec les

équipements éducatifs en physique,
chimie et biologie et à son réseau
mondial de prestataires de services,
AGT peut offrir une formation de
personnel autorisée et certifiée et un
service après-vente local de
l'équipement fourni conformément aux
protocoles du fabricant.

Environnement et Énergie

L'environnement et l'énergie ont toujours représenté un secteur central pour

AGT, en particulier pour les nombreux projets mis en œuvre depuis 2000 dans
la fourniture d'équipements scientifiques et analytiques pour la surveillance
environnementale (eau, air et sol). AGT a, en effet, acquis une longue expérience
en fournissant aux laboratoires mobiles de surveillance de l'air les dernières
technologies disponibles sur le marché ainsi que des systèmes de surveillance
de la qualité de l'eau principalement sur le Danube.
Depuis 2012, nos activités se sont également concentrées sur les sources
d'énergie alternatives tant pour les systèmes d'irrigation alimentés par le
photovoltaïque que pour la production d'énergie à usage industriel et d'eau
potable pour l'être humain partant dans des zones reculées.

Au cours des dernières années, l'AGT a commencé à travailler dans le domaine

de l'évaluation des risques naturels en mettant en œuvre son premier projet
financé par l'UE au Kirghizistan en 2018-2020.

Médical et Médico-légal
Au cours de ses 25 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la fourniture
d'équipements de laboratoire, AGT a fréquemment fourni des équipements
médicaux et médico-légaux dans le cadre de contrats plus importants et
multidisciplinaires. Au cours des dernières années, AGT a établi d'excellentes
relations d'affaires avec des entreprises de premier plan dans ce domaine
difficile, y compris des alliances stratégiques avec des partenaires spécialisés.
Depuis 2019, nous avons commencé à mettre en œuvre avec succès plusieurs
contrats de fourniture de soins de santé financés au niveau national et
international, y compris la fourniture d'équipements d'urgence et de protection
individuelle, en raison de la récente épidémie mondiale de COVID-19.
Transformation des aliments
AGT, grâce à ses 20 ans d'expérience
dans le domaine des matières
premières, a acquis une vaste
expérience dans le secteur alimentaire,
tant en termes de services d'assistance
technique que de fourniture
d'équipements, impliquant tout le flux de
processus des produits de l'origine à la
destination, à travers le transport, le
processus de manutention et
l'ensachage/emballage et la livraison. La
capacité à concevoir correctement les
installations garantit, d'un point de vue
pratique, la fonctionnalité et l'efficacité
des systèmes exploités et, d'un autre,
l'hygiène la plus élevée appliquée à la
chaîne alimentaire.

fabricants répondant aux normes de
qualité les plus élevées. Nous
sommes en mesure d'offrir le bon
équipement et des usines de
différentes tailles (y compris des
usines industrielles pilotes pour la
production de vin et de jus de fruits)
et un pool de personnel qualifié
capable de fournir le soutien
technique nécessaire et avec une
connaissance approfondie des
normes de l'industrie en constante
évolution et règlements.

Technologie Informatique
AGT a commencé son expérience dans le domaine de la fourniture
d'équipements informatiques avec la mise en œuvre de contrats de fourniture
d'équipements de laboratoire dans lesquels l'informatique était également un
facteur important. Grâce à l'expérience acquise au cours de nombreuses années
de projets d'équipement de laboratoire mis en œuvre avec succès, AGT a
commencé à se tourner directement vers des projets dans lesquels les
technologies informatiques (HW et SW) sont les principaux produits à fournir.

Les fournisseurs d'AGT dans ce domaine sont plusieurs, de l'Union européenne

aux États Unis à la Chine avec une connaissance approfondie du marché et de
ses évolutions rapides.

En termes d'approvisionnement en matières premières agricoles, dans ses
domaines d'action, et en raison de sa présence mondiale, AGT a mis en place
depuis 1998 un réseau de producteurs et de consommateurs de matières
premières qui répondent mutuellement aux exigences et besoins à travers un
réseau de marché virtuel , où l'offre peut répondre à la demande et vice versa.
AGT suit les marchés internationaux au
quotidien, de Chicago à Singapour, de
Londres et Paris à Buenos Aires et au
Cap.

Nous gardons un suivi constant des

marchés des denrées, des matières
premières, de l'énergie, des frets et des
taux de change afin de pouvoir fournir
les informations les meilleures et les
plus précises nécessaires à chacun de
nos clients en temps réel.
AGT fournit des conseils complets sur les conditions contractuelles
internationales, sur les Incoterms, les contrats américains ou européens pour
toutes les matières premières. Nous fournissons des tarifs et des conditions de
fret pour le transport international, du transport en vrac au transport de
conteneurs, ainsi que pour les services d'assurance internationale demandés par
les opérateurs du marché.

Logistique
La société fournit des conseils complets sur les conditions contractuelles
internationales, les taux de fret et les conditions pour le transport international,
du transport en vrac au transport de conteneurs, ainsi que pour les services
d'assurance internationaux demandés par les opérateurs du marché.

Le réseau d’expéditeurs d’AGT permet d’identifier la meilleure solution logistique

en fonction des besoins et des pays dans lesquels le contrat est mis en œuvre.

Personnel et Ressources
L'Unité d’Approvisionnement dispose d'un personnel dédié et hautement qualifié
dont les efforts visent à garantir la bonne exécution des contrats et la satisfaction
des clients.
Les experts d’AGT International sont titulaires de diplômes universitaires ou
d’enseignement supérieur et sont multilingues. Ils ont également une grande
expérience dans la préparation de projets et dans le travail in situ. Le personnel
et les techniciens d’AGT International sont assistés par des experts hautement
qualifiés disponibles dans le cadre d’accords de consultants à court terme. Pour
cette raison, AGT International gère une base de données RH, contenant plus de
5000 CV qualifiés.
