Le Master en Droit et Contentieux de l’Union européenne propose une analyse

approfondie du droit de l’Union européenne et de son système juridictionnel, LE PROGRAMME EN UN COUP D’OEIL
en mettant l’accent sur les règles de procédure, le rapport des ordres juridiques
et l’élaboration du droit de l’Union. Durée : 2 ans avec possibilité d’accéder
directement à la deuxième année grâce à la
FORCES validation d’acquis des expériences
• Partenariats avec le service juridique du Parlement européen et possibilité de Langues : français et anglais
stage rémunéré ;
• Participation aux enseignements de membres de la Cour de Justice de l’Union Frais d’inscription :
européenne (CJUE) et de la Cour de justice de l’association européenne de - 200€/semestre
libre-échange (AELE) ;
Périodes de candidature :
• Étude approfondie du droit institutionnel et matériel européen ; - Candidats UE : février > juillet
• Compréhension des procédures législatives de l’Union européenne ; - Candidats non UE : février > avril
• Étude complète du droit procédural de l’Union européenne;
• Analyse du rôle des juges nationaux dans la mise en oeuvre du droit européen. Campus: Kirchberg - Bâtiment Weicker

PRÉREQUIS
• Avoir accompli 3 ans d’études (minimum 180 ECTS) typiquement en Bachelor
en Droit ou équivalent pour accéder à la première année ou avoir accompli 4 WEBSITE
ans d’études (240 ECTS) pour accéder directement à la deuxième année ; eulaw-litigation.uni.lu
• Niveau B2 (ou supérieur) en français et en anglais.

« Notre programme propose une approche unique du droit institutionnel, matériel et

procédural de l’Union européenne, en associant aux enseignements les membres du
service juridique du Parlement européen et de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne.
Le stage obligatoire de deux mois permet aux étudiants de combiner la recherche
et la pratique. Le partenariat avec le Parlement européen donne la possibilité de stages
rémunérés au sein du service juridique de l’institution. »

The Master in European Union Law and Litigation provides a thorough

understanding of European integration process and its judicial system. PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE
