Introduction
Les déchets d'activités de soins à risques
infectieux (DASRI) sont les témoins de la
vulnérabilité des patients et de l'engagement des
professionnels de la santé à les protéger. Chaque
DASRI représente un soin donné et une
responsabilité éthique à traiter avec le plus grand
respect et dans le respect des normes sanitaires
strictes.
DASRI

Parmi ces déchets , On distingue :

the concept
You can give a brief description of
the topic you want to talk about here.
For example, if you want to talk
about Mercury, you can say that it’s
the smallest planet in the entire Solar
System
1-Identification des sources de
production
de DASRI :

● Déterminer les services ou

départements générant des déchets à
risques infectieux.
● Identifier les types de déchets
produits dans chaque service.
2- Formation du personnel :

● Sensibilisation du personnel à la
gestion des DASRI.
● Formation sur le tri, l'emballage,
l'entreposage et l'élimination des
déchets.
3- Mise en place de contenants
appropriés :

● Fournir des contenants conformes

aux normes réglementaires pour la
collecte des DASRI dans chaque
service.
● Assurer que les contenants sont
clairement étiquetés et sécurisés.
4- Tri et conditionnement
des déchets :
● Trier les déchets dès leur production
selon leur catégorie (tranchants,
perforants, infectieux, etc.).
● Conditionner les déchets dans des
sacs résistants et étanches,
conformément aux exigences
réglementaires.
5- Entreposage sécurisé :
● Stocker temporairement les déchets
dans des zones spécifiques
sécurisées, à l'écart des zones de
circulation et du public.
● Assurer une ventilation adéquate et
un accès restreint aux zones de
stockage des déchets.
6- Collecte et transport des
déchets ::
● Organiser la collecte régulière des
déchets par un prestataire agréé.
● Utiliser des moyens de transport
appropriés et sécurisés pour le
transfert des déchets vers les
installations de traitement.
7- Traitement des DASRI :

● Envoyer les DASRI vers des

installations de traitement agréées
pour l'incinération, la stérilisation ou
toute autre méthode appropriée.
● Suivre les procédures réglementaires
pour l'élimination sûre des DASRI.
8- Tenue de registres et
suivi :

● Maintenir des registres précis des

déchets produits, collectés, traités et
éliminés.
● Réaliser des audits réguliers pour
évaluer l'efficacité du protocole de
gestion des DASRI et apporter les
ajustements nécessaires.
9- Évaluation des risques et
mise à jour du protocole :

● Effectuer régulièrement des

évaluations des risques liés à la
gestion des DASRI.
● Mettre à jour le protocole en
fonction des nouvelles
réglementations, des meilleures
pratiques et des retours d'expérience.
10- Communication
et sensibilisation :

● Informer régulièrement le personnel

sur les procédures de gestion des
DASRI et les changements
éventuels.
● Encourager la participation active du
personnel à la gestion responsable
des déchets.
