Les joints detanchit sont bloqus lintrieur du raccord mme au moyen dun anneau qui sembote parfaitement dans une opportune rainure du joint. Ceci nassure pas seulement une exceptionnelle tenue la pression, mais aussi un excellent effet de centrage automatique de tout le raccord sur la surface du tuyau en phase de montage. Cette dernire caractristique est trs importante dans les situations relles, dans lesquelles des dsalignements des tuyaux, ovalisation et conditions critiques de montage sont la rgle plutt que lexception. Les raccords WideSize permettent un raccordement parfait et rapide entre conduites de nimporte quel matriau et avec jusqu 50 mm de diffrence entre les diamtres extrieurs. Avec seulement 11 modles on peut couvrir tous les diamtres extrieurs des conduites entre 26 mm et 325 mm. Les raccords LargeSize permettent un raccordement parfait et rapide entre conduites de nimporte quel matriau et avec jusqu 30 mm de diffrence entre les diamtres extrieurs. Cette nouvelle gamme de produits nest pas seulement extrmement pratique et comptitive mais aussi vraiment innovatrice.

DESCRIPTION: The innovative design and seal characteristics of this new line of couplings justify the patent obtained by our company. The gaskets are tightened in a specific groove in the rubber, thereby guaranteeing not only exceptional pressure seal but also excellent self-centring of the entire coupling on the surface of the pipe in the assembly phase. This latter characteristic is very important in situations in which misalignment of the pipes, ovalization and critical assembly conditions are the rule rather than the exception. The WideSize couplings guarantee perfect, fast jointing of pipes made of any type of material and with a difference of up to 50 mm in outer diameter. With only 11 models, it is possible to cover the entire range of pipe with outer diameters between 26 mm and 325 mm. The LargeSize couplings guarantee perfect, fast jointing of pipes made of any type of material and with a difference of up to 30 mm in outer diameter. La technique de production des raccords MULTIGRIP amliore les performances technologiques et conomiques de la gamme PIPE LOCKING dj prsente dans le programme productif de lentreprise. Caractristiques: Tolrance de 30 mm tolrance sur le diamtre extrieur du tuyau pour les joints dtanchit Tolrance de 30 mm sur le diamtre extrieur du tuyau pour les tasseaux anti-dbotement Les tasseaux anti-dbotement sont universels le mme raccord est employable sur tuyaux en HDPE, ACIER, DI,... When existing pipeline rehabilitation is realized with a thin-walled plastic pipe, a combination of a reinforcing liner ring and a NOVAGRIP style set of grippers provide the best way to connect the rehabilitated pipeline and other equipment or between sections of rehabilitated pipeline. A tailor-made set of grippers ensure that the rehabilitating liner is restrained so as to avoid its movement inside the main pipe. A double gasket one on the liner and one on the host pipe ensure the total water-tightness both inside and outside thus preventing any fluid getting in between the host pipe and its plastic liner. 36

Nova Siria introduces the SMART JOINT, the simplest solution to join pipes of any material and different outside diametres. The wide diametre ranges offer up to 26 mm tolerance and the water sealing is perfect throughout the range thanks to the special gasket design. SMART JOINTS are garanteed PN 16. Further, the Smart Joints accept misalignments or movements in the pipeline up to a deflection of 4 per side. The RILSAN NYLON 11 coating provides a complete corrosion protection and assures the performance up to 70C temperature. Comme lentire production Nova Siria, mme les raccords SMART avec PIPE LOCKING sont revtus avec RILSAN NYLON 11. Cette typologie de revtement thermoplastique garantit une considrable force dadhrence aux surfaces mtalliques, une rduite absorption dhumidit, une bonne rsistance aux intempries, une leve rsistance thermique, une considrable absorption des vibrations et ne requiert pas dultrieures protections excuter sur chantier, comme par exemple revtements termortractables, bandes de protection ou revtements en bitume. RILSAN NYLON 11 garantit dailleurs une leve rsistance: leau, au brouillard salin, au Disbonding Catodico, aux hydrocarbures et un grand nombre de produits chimiques.

The Nova Siria SMART series production range has been integrated with END-RESTRAINTS with hardened steel independent grippers and with locking separate from hydraulic closing. The SMART JOINT PIPE-LOCKING coupling has been developed after years of experience in installations of standard style Multisize/Largesize couplings and provides an easy, fast and safe connection of pipes made of STEEL, CAST AND DUCTILE IRON, PE (polyethylene) and PVC with differend outside diameters and plain or flanged ends used to convey water. As all the Nova Siria production range, these SMART JOINT PIPE-LOCKING couplings are coated with Rilsan Nylon 11. This type of thermoplastic coating guarantees a considerable force of adhesion to metal surfaces, limited absorbtion of humidity, good resistance to weather conditions, high resistance to heat, considerable absorbtion of vibrations and does not require additional protection during installation such as heat-shrink linings, protection tapes or bitumen linings. RILSAN NYLON 11 also guarantees a considerable resistance to: water saline mist cathodic disbonding hydro carbons and a large range of chemical products

Recommandations dinstallation pour le SMART JOINT PL: Il est recommand de lire les instructions suivantes avant linstallation. Note: le dmontage du joint SMART nest pas ncessaire. 1) Nettoyez la surface de travail sur les extrmits des conduites. 2) Placez le raccord sur les extrmits des conduites et procdez linsertion. 3) Centrez le bord du raccord sur chaque extrmit des conduites. 4) Serrez les boulons avec procd en croix pour maintenir les brides parallles et assurer une compression correcte du joint. 5) Serrez les tasseaux anti-dbotement 6) Vriez le couple de serrage aprs la mise en pression des conduites. Couple de serrage boulons: Boulons M12. Voyez les instructions de montage fournies avec les produits. Temprature max de service: 70 C. Cette particularit de conception garantit, dans la phase de montage et de serrage, un centrage parfait du raccord par rapport au tuyau et une pression uniforme des brides de compression sur le joint. All SMART JOINTS have a gasket restraining shoulder in the compression followers. This simple device ensures an effective centring of the gasket on the pipe surface and a uniform pressure of the followers on the gaskets.
