NETTOYAGE EQUIPEMENT
Le véhicule doit être lavé au terme de chaque tournée afin d’éviter que les déchets
s’accumulent et provoquent successivement des problèmes.
Contrôler quotidiennement qu’il n’y ait pas de déchets encastrés derrière la paroi d’expulsion
dans le groupe de compaction (pelle et béquille).
Maintenir propres les rétroviseurs, fenêtres, clignotants, phares et éventuelles caméras et
vérifier leur fonctionnement.

LORSQUE L’ON EFFECTUE LE NETTOYAGE A L’INTERIEUR DE LA

BENNE, S’ASSURER D’AVOIR ENLEVE LES CLES DU TABLEAU
D’ALLUMAGE.

Pour un bon fonctionnement, l’équipement doit être périodiquement lubrifié, si possible
après chaque tournée de travail et également après le lavage.
Nous soulignons ci-dessous les points qui doivent toujours être périodiquement lubrifiés.

CONTROLES MENSUELS Interventions mensuelles sur l’équipement

1) – CONTROLE ANCRAGE CYLINDRES VIDE CAISSONS SUR BOUCHE DE

CHARGEMENT;

2) – CONTROLE SERRAGE BOULONS FIXATION D’EQUIPEMENT AU CHASSIS. Le

serrage des liaisons à vis doit se faire avec une clé dynamométrique, le couple de
serrage doit être:

pour boulons diamètre 12 mm = 85 Nm

pour boulons diamètre 14 mm = 140 Nm
pour boulons diamètre 16 mm = 200 Nm

Contrôler visuellement l’intégrité des étriers d’ancrage, en cas de fêlure ou déformation

pourvoir au remplacement de l’élément.

3) – CONTROLE DE L’ETALONNAGE DE LA PRESSION DE L’INSTALLATION

HYDRAULIQUE. Les pressions à contrôler sont:

- la pression de montée béquille (valve de maximum distributeur cycle) – 210 bar

- la pression de montée vantail (valve de maximum distributeur services) – 230 bar
- le temps de descente vantail (agir sur l’étrangleur)

- Pour vérifier la pression de la valve de maximum sur le distributeur cycle, appuyer

sur le bouton de secours (RESCURE) et le maintenir enclenché jusqu’à lire sur le
manomètre la pression de la valve de maximum.
- Pour vérifier la pression de la valve de maximum sur le distributeur services il faut
démonter le connecteur de proximité du lève vantail, et appuyer sur le bouton de
montée vantail, le maintenir enclenché jusqu’à lire sur le manomètre la pression de la
valve de maximum. Rebrancher le connecteur de proximité vantail haut et vérifier que
la position du proximité soit correcte.
- Pour vérifier le temps de descente vantail il faut hausser complètement le vantail en
agissant en même temps sur les boutons du boîtier, abaisser le vantail et vérifier que
le temps réel soit plus de 20 secondes. Si la durée est moindre, agir sur l’étrangleur
pour le régler.

OPERATIONS DE POSE ET D’ENLEVEMENT DES ETAIS DE SECURITE
L’application des étais de sécurité doit être réalisée chaque fois qu’il est nécessaire d’accomplir des
opérations de manutention avec le vantail ouvert.

OPERATION D’APPLICATION DES ETAIS:

Les opérations doivent être effectuées en suivant les étapes décrites ci-dessous:
1. démarrer le moteur du véhicule
2. insérer la prise de force
3. effectuer les opérations de lève vantail en suivant les
opérations décrites au chapitre relatif au déchargement
déchets en limitant l’ouverture du vantail à une distance
suffisante au positionnement de l’étai (voir figure ci
contre).

3. ouvrir tous les étais en vérifiant qu’ils soient

complètement ouverts et orientés correctement vers la
corniche du caisson ( voir figure ci contre )

4. abaisser le vantail en effectuant les opérations
décrites au chapitre relatif au déchargement des
déchets jusqu’à amener les étais en contact avec la
corniche du caisson ( voir figure ci contre)

TOUJOURS APPLIQUER TOUS LES ETAIS DE SECURITE

OPERATION D’ENLEVEMENT DES ETAIS:

1. effectuer les opérations de lève vantail comme décrit dans le chapitre relatif au
déchargement des déchets en limitant l’ouverture du vantail à une distance suffisante et
débloquer l’étai.
2. Refermer les étais en les faisant tourner vers le bas jusqu’à les amener contre la tôle de
l’alvéole.
3. abaisser le vantail en effectuant les opérations décrites au chapitre relatif au
déchargement des déchets.
