LE COURANT DE FOUCAULT
II. HISTORIQUE :
Ce phénomène a été découvert par le
physicien français Léon Foucault en 1851.
V. PARAMETRES :
VII. POINTS FORTS DE LA TECHNIQUE :
• Absence de préparation de surface ;
• Absence de couplant ;
I. BUT DE TP :
I. LE TRIE NUANCE :
La plaque au-dessous contint six métaux différents.
1) Matériaux utilisés :
o Nortec SL/1kHz-50kHz/.31 PowerLinkTM Surface Probe.
o Nortec conductivity samples (set of sex).
o CL/SC/6 cable.
2) Etapes à suivre :
✓ To connect the probe then press the LOG/ENTER soft key to confirm after
press the MAIN function key to procced with the test setup.
✓ Press FREQ1 soft key in order to adjust frequency to 25 kHz.
✓ Press ANGLE soft key to adjust the phase angle to approximately 73°.
✓ Press GAIN soft key to adjust the gain approximately 45.0dB.
✓ Hold the Probe in air, away from conductivity sample and press NULL soft
key.
✓ Touch the probe to the middle of each of the six samples on the
conductivity sample.
profondeur (8mm, 20mm, 40mm) :
1) Matériaux utilisés :
• Nortec PL/100 kHz-500kHz/A PowerLinkTM Surface Probe,
• Nortec TB-S1 EDM Standard, with .040”,020”, and 008” deep notches,
• CL/SC/6 Cable.
2) Etapes à suivre :
✓ To connect the probe then press the LOG/ENTER soft key to confirm after
press the MAIN function key to procced with the test setup.
✓ Press FREQ1 soft key in order to adjust frequency to 200 kHz.
✓ Press ANGLE soft key to adjust the phase angle to approximately 78°.
✓ Adjust the horizontal gain to 60.0dB by pressing H GAIN soft key and the
vertical gain 65.0dB by pressing V GAIN soft key.
✓ Adjust the horizontal position to 80% and the vertical position to 40% by
pressing DISP founction key.
✓ Place the probe away and press the NULL soft key.
✓ Finely, slide the probe smoothly over the 3 EDM notches.
3) Résultats et interprétations :
2) Etapes à suivre :
✓ To connect the probe then press the LOG/ENTER soft key to confirm
after press the MAIN function key to procced with the test setup.
✓ Press FREQ1 soft key to adjust frequency to 1 kHz.
✓ Press ANGLE soft key to adjust the phase angle to approximately 41°.
✓ Press GAIN soft key to adjust the gain approximately 45.0dB.
✓ Adjust the horizontal position to 40% and the vertical position to 60%
by pressing DISP founction key.
✓ Place the probe approximate 1.5” and press the NULL soft key.
