Description
A well test separator is designed to separate, meter and
sample all elements or phases of the effluent.
Includes :
- Vessel 48" x 12.5' with manhole
- Removable Cyclone inlet cluster
- Oil compartment with weir
- Inlet 4" full bore check valve
- Internal coating of vessel
- Flow measuring on oil by dual flowmeter, on water by one
flowmeter and on gas by one orifice meter (6")
- Set of orifices and 3-pen recorder
- Isolating valves on flow meters (upstream and downstream)
- Pneumatic control valves on oil and water outlets
- Two lateral stand pipes with oil and water level controllers
- Two pilot operated safety valves on vessel and one on the oil
inlet manifold together on an independent discharge line
- Bypass oil outlet/water outlet
- Flowing line between water and oil outlets with globe valve
- Sand jet line
- Skid mounted with full drip pan, protective frame and roof
protecting panel.
