Depuis is always used with the present tense:

Je joue au foot depuis un an. I have been playing football for a year.

Je vais au centre aéré depuis lundi. I have been going to the youth centre
since Monday.

depuis mardi since Tuesday

depuis deux jours for two days

Je voudrais, j’aimerais
Je voudrais and j’aimerais are both followed by the infinitive of the verb:

J’aimerais faire du karaté. Je voudrais faire du karaté. I would like to do karate.

To ask a question, say:

Tu voudrais/Tu aimerais ... regarder un match de hockey?

Aller (to go) is an irregular verb:

Tu vas au match? Are you going to the match?

Aller in the present and

in the perfect
Aller (to go) is an irregular verb. It forms its perfect tense with the present
tense of être + a past participle.

With être, the past participle agrees with the gender (masculine/feminine)
and number (singular/plural) of the subject, or the people doing the action.
Present Perfect - masculine Perfect - feminine
je vais je suis allé je suis allée
singular tu va tu es allé tu es allée
il/elle va il est allé elle est allée
on va on est allés on est allées
nous allons nous sommes allés nous sommes allées
plural
vous allez vous êtes allés vous êtes allées

Use avoir mal to describe aches and pains.

My foot
Samuel a mal à la tête. Samuel has got a headache.
Tu as mal au genou? Have you got a sore knee?
Tu as mal aux genoux? Have you got sore knees?
