When we want to talk about what we’ve done we use the past tense.
In French we say “I have played tennis” or “We have watched a film”. This is what you do:
Step 1: You take the correct form of the present tense avoir (to have)
Step 2: Make the past participle

of avoir (to have)
C Add the part of Avoir which is needed to make the past tense
D Choose the correct part of the verb avoir: a, as, a, avons, avez, ont.
Then change the endings of verbs to make the past participle.
Example:
1. Il ___ _______ (manger) une pizza.
Il a mangé une pizza
