Le travail en hauteur est considéré comme une Activité à haut
risque :

• Évaluation des risques formelle ;

• Permis de travail (activité non routinière)

• Inspection auprès de l'émetteur et du destinataire

• Formation.

• Tolérance zéro envers les écarts

• Programme d'inspection documenté (au moins) hebdomadaire

Travail en hauteur :

• Vérifications formelles de compétences

•
• Évaluation des risques et permis de travail en cas
d'utilisation d'un EPI (harnais de sécurité complet…)
• Si des mesures collectives de prévention des chutes ne sont
pas possibles, le port d'un harnais de sécurité complet est
obligatoire.

• Les équipements utilisés doivent être identifiés à l'aide d'une

référence unique, être répertoriés dans un registre et faire l'objet
d'inspections formelles régulières.

Évaluation des risques

Une évaluation des risques doit être réalisée par une personne
compétente avant le début du travail. Elle doit être
proportionnée aux risques impliqués et tenir compte de ce qui
suit (sans toutefois s'y restreindre) :
• Conditions et environnement.
• Tâche à effectuer.
• Personnes impliquées.
• Risque pour ou représenté par les personnes directement
impliquées dans le travail.
Le travail en hauteur ne peut commencer qu'après avoir obtenu
l'approbation écrite d'une personne compétente qui a vérifié

Planification et organisation
Le mauvais temps peut affecter la sécurité du travail en hauteur et doit faire partie
de l'évaluation des risques.
En tant que Responsable de site, vous devez prendre la responsabilité
(à l'aide de l'évaluation des risques) d'arrêter une activité si elle est
dangereuse.
Personne ne doit travailler sur de l'acier humide/glacé ou exposé à de fortes pluies, à de
la neige, à des vents violents et des tempêtes sans évaluation des risques spécifique.
Le Responsable de site Alstom doit
s'assurer que toutes les personnes
impliquées sont compétentes.
Une formation est nécessaire.

• Les superviseurs/utilisateurs doivent inspecter les
échafaudages tous les jours et signaler les éventuels défauts.
• Une fois montés, les échafaudages doivent être inspectés par
une personne compétente :
 Avant la première utilisation.
 Après une modification importante.
 Après un événement susceptible d'avoir affecté sa
stabilité (par ex., après des vents violents).
 Au moins une fois tous les sept jours.
• Les inspections doivent être consignées et un système
d'étiquetage des échafaudages ou équivalent doit être utilisé
pour indiquer le statut d'inspection.

• Les échafaudages sont conçus pour une
charge autorisée. Ne les surchargez pas.

tour lorsque celle-ci est déplacée.
• Des stabilisateurs devront être utilisés si nécessaire

Utilisation sécurisée d'une PEMP

• Les PEMP doivent être formellement et
minutieusement examinées et testées par une personne
compétente avant leur première utilisation, puis au
moins tous les six mois.
• Les PEMP doivent être inspectées chaque jour par
l'opérateur/utilisateur.
• Les opérateurs doivent être formés à l'utilisation, à
l'inspection et aux procédures d'urgence des PEMP.
• Les cages doivent êtres équipées de parois (environ 1,1
m de hauteur) ou de garde-corps doubles et de butoirs
de pied (plaques de protection).
• Les opérateurs doivent porter un harnais attaché à la
cage/un point d'ancrage dédié + un casque avec
mentonnière.

deux étages afin d'identifier les zones de dommages par lesquelles l'eau s'infiltre
dans le bâtiment. Suite à cette inspection, les zones identifiées devront alors être
réparées.
Expliquez l'ordre de priorité à envisager pour la réalisation d'une évaluation des
risques pour l'inspection et la réparation de la crête de la toiture fragile.
