Sécurité des machines

• Les compétences de toutes les personnes travaillant sur des

machines ou les supervisant doivent être officiellement
vérifiées de manière à ce qu'elles aient la formation,
l'expérience et la qualification nécessaires.

• Le programme de maintenance préventive comprend des

vérifications périodiques des machines (au moins tous les 6
mois).

• L'accès aux pièces dangereuses des machines doit être

empêché. Il est strictement interdit de retirer ou de passer
outre une protection primaire ou secondaire.

Sécurité des machines

• Lors de la modification d'outils, du réglage, de la mise en

place ou du nettoyage d'une machine : verrouillage et
étiquetage.

• Les scies circulaires portatives, meuleuses et machines de

forage magnétiques doivent être équipées de protections
autour des pièces mobiles non actives.

• Tous les outils d'usinage doivent être équipés d'un bouton

marche/arrêt sans verrouillage. Il ne doit pas être possible
de passer outre ce bouton.

- Vérifications périodiques de l'état des machines

(tels que l'état du système hydraulique, les éventuelles fatigues
mécaniques),

- Vérification des protections primaires et secondaires,

- Vérification des systèmes d'arrêt d'urgence

avec tenue d'un registre de maintenance.

Au moins tous les 6 mois un test du système de

sécurité intégrée des moyens de protection est
effectué (excepté pour les radars).

Test du système de sécurité intégrée - au moins tous les 6 mois

Seules les personnes formées peuvent réaliser le test suivant :

1. Arrêter la machine normalement

2. Débrancher l'alimentation au niveau des sécurités en cours de vérification
3. Essayer de démarrer la machine (en suivant la procédure)
4. S'il n'y a AUCUN mouvement au niveau des pièces de la machine quel que
soit le mode, alors la vérification est OK.
5. Si l'une des pièces de la machine BOUGE dans l'un des modes, la
vérification n’est pas OK et vous ne devez pas l'utiliser avant qu'elle ne soit
réparée.

Les outils (marteaux, ciseaux, tournevis...) présentent des
