Chers amis, Pour la premire fois, la SFA sinstalle Lille les 6, 7 et 8 Dcembre prochains. Le pays invit sera cette anne la Pologne et son prsident Jaroslaw Deszczynski. Ce grand pays de larthroscopie sest largement impliqu dans le programme. Ne manquez pas la confrence de Robert Smigielski qui vous mdusera ! Lille Grand Palais est particulirement adapt notre manifestation et va nous offrir des moyens exceptionnels pour organiser nos confrences avec 2 amphithtres de 1500 et 500 places ainsi que de nombreuses salles de commission. Des grands espaces accueillants et fonctionnels offriront toutes les garanties du succs.Lespace dexposition propose plus de 2000 m2 pour accueillir nos partenaires industriels, toujours plus nombreux. Notre secrtaire scientifique, Herv Thomazeau et son adjoint Gilbert Versier, ont cisel un programme dune trs grande qualit et trs rythm, certainement un des plus riches depuis les 10 dernires annes. Les deux symposia seront, encore plus que dhabitude, les temps forts du congrs. David Dejour et Vincent Chassaing nous passionneront avec lInstabilit rotulienne objective, Philippe Hardy et Pierre-Henri Flurin nous donneront les cls de la rupture de coiffe aprs 70 ans. Christophe Hulet animera la session mise au point sur un sujet brulant : chirurgie arthroscopique et ambulatoire . La session controverse portera sur un dbat quotidien : faut-il oprer ou pas une premire luxation de lpaule ? Les confrences denseignement du matin restent un moment important de notre formation continue. Un accent particulier a t mis sur les sessions Comment je fais ? : trois cette anne Ce sont des sessions toujours trs attendues, larthroscopie tant essentiellement une technique chirurgicale, les conseils dexperts sont recherchs. Les trois confrences denseignement vont vous passionner avec des invits de renomme internationale, ne pas manquer. La richesse de notre congrs, cest aussi, et surtout, les communications particulires, qui sont une tribune offerte, pour faire partager nos expriences. Vous avez t nombreux cette anne nous adresser vos travaux. Cest la raison pour laquelle nous avons remani le programme pour pouvoir augmenter le nombre de communications prsentes en sance plnire. Cette runion annuelle va prendre de plus en plus dimportance avec larrive du dveloppement professionnel continu, cest laction essentielle de notre socit. Nous vous attendons donc nombreux Lille. Dear Friends and Colleagues, This year SFA will be held in Lille for the first time on December 6th, 7th and 8th.The invited nation will be Poland and his president Jaroslaw Deszczynski. This great arthroscopic nation got involve widely in the scientific program. Dont miss the Robert Smigielskis lecture which will dumbfound you! The Grand Palais facilities suit very well to our event and will offer exceptional means for lectures with 2 amphitheatres of 1500 and 500 seats, and board rooms. An exhibition hall of 2000 sqm will house our industrial partners, which are more numerous each year. Large, welcoming and practical the spaces of the Grand Palais will be the key of the success. This year, Poland will be our guest. Our Scientific Secretary Herv Thomazeau and his assistant Gilbert Versier, prepared a high quality and rhythmic program, one of the best over the last 10 years. Both symposia will be more than ever the highlights of our congress. David Dejour and Vincent Chassaing will captivate us with the objective Patella instability, Phillippe Hardy and Pierre-Henri Flurin will give us the keys for Cuff tear after 70 years old. Christophe Hulet will chair the current concept session with a burning issue: Arthroscopic surgery and day surgery. The controversy session will concern a daily discussion: should a first shoulder dislocation be operated or not? The morning Instructional courses will remain an important moment of our medical training. How I do? sessions have been particularly emphasized this year as there will be 3 of them. They are always very expected as arthroscopy is essentially a surgical technic, expert advices are wanted. All 3 instructional courses will fascinate you, with well-known guests not to miss. The wealth of our congress is also, and above all, the free papers, which give us the opportunity to share our experiences. Many of you this year to send your work. This is why we have to redesign the program to increase the number of papers presented in plenary. This annual meeting will expand more and more due to perpetual professional development, this is the main action of the SFA and we hope many of you will come.
