05-01- Objectifs du projet et utilisations du BIM
Le BIM utilise la liste de ce que les modèles seront utilisés pour produire au cours de ce projet
particulier.
Cela fait partie du guide qui instruit l'équipe du projet sur les exigences de modélisation.

06- plan de mise en oeuvre du projet:

On commence par le Pré dimensionnements des éléments résistants, d’abord on
évalue les charges permanentes et surcharges d’exploitations.
-Après le Pré-dimensionnement des planchers : Plancher à corps creux et Dalle
pleine.
-Pré-dimensionnement des poutres et poteaux.
-On fait la Vérification selon RPA99.
-Pré dimensionnement des voiles.
-On Calcul le ferraillage des éléments secondaires : L’acrotère et Les escaliers.
-Etude dynamique.
-Modélisation de la structure.
-Etude sismique.
-Application la méthode dynamique modale spectrale.
