Chapter 1 Interface
1.1 Interface Introduction

The GND here does not have to be the GND of the input interface. It is recommended to connect to the
negative terminal of the system switching power supply. After the connection is made, the corresponding port
is set to [Axis Alarm] in the input diagnosis, and it is set to normally closed (general servo alarms are normally
closed signals).
16 / 73
Note: Le système nécessite le servo drive d’avoir un codeur Z signal ouvert collecteur sortie.

G50 S1000; set constant linear speed maximum speed spindle 1
maximum speed 1000.
Explanation
When setting the local coordinate system, whether the specified IP is absolute or relative, its value represents
the absolute coordinate of the origin of the local coordinate system in the workpiece coordinate system. At the
same time, the absolute coordinates displayed on the system interface are also the coordinates in the local
coordinate system. The new zero point of the local coordinate system is designated by G52 in the workpiece
coordinate system, and the local coordinate system can be changed.
Once a local coordinate system is specified with G52, this local coordinate system will remain valid in its
corresponding workpiece coordinate system until the command "G52 "IP" makes the zero point of the local
coordinate system consistent with the zero point of the workpiece coordinate system.

addresses X (U) and Z (W).
62 / 73
In this cycle machining, the tool is single-edged, and the load on the tool tip can be reduced. In addition,
the first cut amount is △ d, and the Nth time is△d△ d ,each cutting amount is constant.
Considering the symbols of each address, there are four processing patterns, and internal threads can
also be processed. In the picture above
In the thread cutting shown, only the feedrate between C and D is specified by F, and the other is rapid
feed. In the loop shown above, the sign of the increment is as follows:
U, W: negative (determined by the directions of trajectories A to C, C to D)
R (I): negative (determined by the direction of trajectory A to C)
P (K): Positive (is positive)
Q (△ D): Positive (is positive)
Note 3: The precautions for thread cutting are the same as G32 thread cutting and G92 thread cutting
cycle. Note 4: The designation of the thread chamfering amount is also valid for G92 thread cutting cycle.

Chapter 3 Auxiliary MT Code
If a 2-digit value is specified after the address M, the corresponding signal is sent to the machine tool to
control the switch of the auxiliary function of the machine tool. Only one M code can be valid in one block.
When the position movement command and M command are in the same block, both will start executing at
the same time.
3.1 T code
Command T XXYY, such as T0101, XX tool number, YY tool offset number.
If a tool change is required, the program starts the T code run, and waits for the T code to run to the next
line. If XX is 0, the tool is not changed, only the tool offset number is modified.
YY is 0, the tool compensation is canceled.

When the tool nose radius compensation is performed, when the corners of the two programmed tracks
are different, the tool nose compensation track is also different. Therefore, it is stipulated that the intersection
angle of the two moving blocks at the workpiece side is greater than or equal to 180 °, which is called "inside",
and between 0 and 180 °, it is called "outside". See the figure below.

5.2 Variables
Instruction format
#i ;
Example:#1,#[#1+#2-12]。
Instructions
⑴Types of variables: Variables can be divided into four types according to the variable number.
Variable Variable type Features
number
68 / 73
#0 Empty variable This variable is always empty and no value can be assigned to it.
#1~#99 Local variable Local variables: main program, sub A program, sub B program, T
generation
The code has its own local variables. The main program, sub A
program, and sub B program local variables are cleared each time the
program starts. T code local variables are cleared only at power-up.
#100~ Public variable Public variables have the same meaning in different macro programs.
#199 When power is off, the variables # 100 ~ # 199 are initialized to empty,
#500~ and the variables
#599 The values of # 500 ~ # 599 are saved and will not be lost even if the
power is off.
#1000~ System variables Used to read and write various data during CNC operation.
⑵Variable references, in order to use the variable value in the program, specify the address followed by the
variable number. When specifying a variable with an expression, put the expression in parentheses. For
example: G01 X [# l + # 2] F # 3; G00 X- # l.
Note 1: Addresses O, G, and N cannot reference variables. Such as O # 100, N # 120 are illegal references;
2: If it exceeds the maximum code value specified by the address, it cannot be used; for example: when # 130
= 120, M # 230 exceeds the maximum code value.
⑶An empty variable. When the value of the variable is not defined, the variable is empty. Variable # 0 is
always an empty variable. It cannot be written but can only be read.
▲When referring to an undefined variable (empty variable), the address itself is also
69 / 73
ignored.

Constants or expressions can be substituted for #j.
Tangent #i=TAN[#j];
Arctangent #i=ATAN[#j]
Explanation::
⑴Angle units: The angle units of the functions SIN, COS, ASIN, ACOS, TAN and ATAN are degrees (°). For
example, 90 ° 30 ′ should be expressed as 90.5 ° (degree).
⑵ARCSIN # i=ASIN[#j]
▲When #j is out of the range of -1 to 1, an alarm is issued. ▲Constant can replace
variable #j.
⑶ARCCOS # i = ACOS [#j]
▲ The output range of the result is from 180 ° to 0 °.
▲ An alarm is issued when the range of approximately -1 to 1 is exceeded.
▲ Constant can replace variable #j.

Instructions
A conditional expression must include a conditional operator. The conditional operator can be
surrounded by variables, constants, or expressions. The conditional expression must be enclosed in
parentheses.
Conditional operators, as shown in the following table.
Operator meaning
EQ Equals (=)
NE Not equal (≠)
GT Greater than (>)
GE Greater than or equal to (≥)
LT Less than (<)
LE Less than or equal to (≤)
Example The following program
calculates the sum of integers 1 to 10.

▲Instruction format 1
WHILE [Conditional Expression] DO m;
... END m;
m: A label (1 to 1023) that specifies the execution range of the loop.
Instructions
If the expression result is not 0, the result is considered to be true, and the statements between WHILE to
END are executed repeatedly until the expression result is false. When the result of the expression is zero,
execution jumps to the next block of the END statement. If the result of the expression is non-integer, it
should be coerced to an integer, otherwise it will alarm. m is a positive integer, just to match DO and END
statements.

END ;
m:
m A label (1 to 1023) that specifies the loop execution range.
Instructions
When the WHILE judgment condition statement is not specified in the DO statement, it is an infinite loop.
As in the routine in Format 1, if the WHILE judgment condition is not specified, the values of # 1 and # 2
are added infinitely until the data overflow alarm. For example
„„
N1 #1 = 1 ;
N2 #2 = 0 ;
