manipulateurs (Rc400 G2)

Sur les radiocommandes Scanreco Rc400, le boîtier manipulateurs fonctionne avec l’unité centrale via radio,
reliée par un code d’identification unique. La mise à jour de ce code est nécessaire lors d’un remplacement du
boîtier manipulateurs (ou de l’unité centrale) pour pouvoir fonctionner de nouveau. Le boîtier manipulateurs
branché via le câble série fonctionne toujours (le code d’indentification est ignoré).

Procédure de d’enregistrement :

1) Retirez la batterie du boîtier manipulateurs. Branchez le câble série entre le boîtier manipulateurs et
l’unité centrale.
2) Appuyez sur le bouton d’arrêt d’urgence sur le boîtier manipulateurs et éteignez l’unité centrale (mettez
le commutateur sur la position “OFF”). Les voyants lumineux du boîtier manipulateurs et de l’unité
centrale doivent être éteints.
3) Mettez l’unité centrale en marche (déplacez le commutateur vers “REMOTE”) et désactivez le bouton
d’arrêt d’urgence du boîtier manipulateurs.
4) Maintenez le bouton ON/SIGNAL enclenché durant 10 secondes environ (le voyant rouge du boîtier
manipulateurs s’allume et des signaux sonores brefs et répétés retentissent pour indiquer que la
programmation est en cours, l’écran interne de l’unité centrale affiche ensuite "P." et "Id").
5) Lorsque la programmation est terminée, le boîtier manipulateurs s’éteint et l’unité centrale se remet en
stand-by. Débranchez le câble, insérez la batterie et testez la radiocommande.
6) En cas de dysfonctionnement, répétez la procédure.

Recognition of radio identification code of the portable control

unit (Rc400 G2)
In the Rc400 radio remote controls, the portable control unit works with the linked central unit in radio mode
through a unique identification code. When a portable control unit (or a central unit) is replaced, it's required to
update this code to ensure that the system works again. The portable control unit connected with the serial
cable works always (the identification code is ignored).

Recognition procedure:

1) Remove the battery from the portable control unit. Connect the serial cable between the portable control
unit and the central unit.
2) Press the emergency stop button of the portable control unit and turn off the central unit (switch in
"OFF" position). The lights of the control and the central unit must be turned off.
3) Turn on the central unit (switch in "REMOTE" position) and unlock the portable control unit emergency
stop button.
4) Hold the ON/SIGNAL button for about 10 seconds (the red light of the portable control unit turns on and
short and repeated sound signals are emitted to ensure that programming is in progress, the internal
display of the central unit shows "P." and "Id").
5) When the programming is finished, the portable control unit turns off and the central unit returns in
stand-by mode. Disconnect the cable, insert the battery and test the radio.
6) If something goes wrong repeat the procedure.
