MAINTIENT DES LIENS DE SANG ET COHESION SOCIALE EN ISLAM

La famille, en Islam, est considérée comme l’embryon primordial à partir duquel se constitue la communauté
musulmane. Sauver la famille, c’est sauver la société de la désintégration. L’Etat est composé de familles qui,
si elles se dégradent entrainent le déclin de la nation toute entière.
Eu égard à ce principe, le droit musulman place la qualité des rapports humains et la cohésion sociale au centre
de ses préoccupations. Au-delà de sa dimension spirituelle, l'Islam entend organiser la société, structurer la cité
et jeter les bases d'un état unifié dans lesquels l'appartenance individuelle ou collective se réalise par référence
aux droits de Dieu.

Enfance et socialisation

Dés son jeune âge, l’enfant hérite de ses parents le langage, les codes sociaux de base qui vont l’aider à se
socialiser, c'est-à-dire se joindre au groupe et vivre en symbiose parmi ses semblables.
La socialisation désigne « le processus par lequel on apprend et intériorise des modèles culturels, les normes et
les valeurs hérités des générations précédentes et qui nous permettent de nous intégrer dans la société. ». On
peut citer, parmi ces valeurs, l’entre-aide, la bienveillance envers les parents et les personnes âgées, le sens de
l’honneur, le respect des mœurs … En effet, pour entretenir des relations sociales, les membres d'une
collectivité doivent partager un patrimoine culturel commun et s’accorder sur les mêmes valeurs sans quoi,
l’homme serait un loup pour l’homme. A partir de là, il devient nécessaire d’assoir un cadre réglementaire qui
délimite les obligations et les devoirs de tout un chacun pour maintenir la stabilité et éviter à la société de
basculer dans le chaos. C’est précisément ce à quoi aspire la morale islamique

L’homme être social

En vertu d’une loi naturelle, l’homme est un être social et la nature l’a fait pour vivre avec ses semblables. Le
Coran fait expressément référence cette notion de l’homme dans son milieu voué à coopérer et établir des ponts
de communication. « Ô hommes ! Nous vous avons créés d’un mâle et d’une femelle, et Nous avons fait de
vous des nations et des tribus, pour que vous vous entre-connaissiez. Le plus noble d’entre vous, auprès
d’Allah, est le plus pieux. Allah est certes Omniscient et Grand Connaisseur. ». Relevons au passage, l’allusion
à l’origine de l’espèce humaine. Dieu a créé l’humanité d’un seul être - Adam - et de lui a tiré sa compagne ;
de ce couple est sortie l’humanité entière. Tous les hommes ont donc la même provenance, indépendamment
de leurs langues, leur ethnie ou leur couleur de peau. « Vous êtes tous issus de Adam et Adam est issu de la
boue » disait le Prophète. En attribuant à tous les hommes une origine unique, l'enseignement coranique refuse
la stratification sociale. Puisque les hommes sont tous semblables et égaux, aucune différence originelle ne les
sépare si ce n'est le degré de piété, la profondeur de leur foi et leurs bonnes œuvres. Tout racisme délibéré est
une trahison de l‘Islam. A cet égard un Hadîth, rapporté par Bokhari, est souvent cité : « les hommes sont
égaux entre eux comme les dents du peigne du tisserand. Pas de différence entre l’Arabe et le non-Arabe, entre
le Blanc et le Noir, si ce n'est leur degré de crainte révérencielle de Dieu. »

Les époux et le lien conjugal

Les époux collaborent par le bienfait de la grâce divine à alimenter l’humanité en vie et en amour. Un amour,
qui, à partir de la vie familiale, va rayonner et s’étirer du cercle le plus intime à l’entourage le plus élargi. Les
parents assurent la direction morale et matérielle de la famille. En commun, ils pourvoient aux besoins des
enfants et préparent leur avenir. Le lien conjugal n'est pas seulement de l'ordre du désir charnel, de l’instinct
animal de reproduction ou des affects, mais il relève de la responsabilité. Responsabilité envers le conjoint dont
on devient solidaire par une histoire commune ou un destin partagé ; mais aussi responsabilité à l'égard de ceux
qui naitront de cette union qui ont besoin pour grandir, non seulement de l'affection de leurs parents mais aussi
de la solidité du lien qui les réunit. Les spécialistes de l’éducation s’accordent à dire que le développement de
l’enfant s’enracine dans l’établissement des liens fermes et stables entretenus par ses parents dès les toutes
premières années de sa vie. Une structure familiale contenante constitue le modèle de référence à partir duquel
l’enfant construit sa personnalité et se réalise en tant que sujet responsable et citoyen accompli.
La relation sentimentale et l’intensité des liens qui peuvent unir un couple sont décrites dans le Coran comme
une des grandes merveilles de la création : « … un autre de ses signes est d’avoir créé à partir de vous-même
des épouses à votre intention afin que vous trouviez le repos auprès d’elles et d’avoir entre vous miséricorde et
affection. ». Pour maintenir cette liaison vivace, le Prophète recommandait un comportement tendre et
affectueux envers son épouse : « Le meilleur parmi vous est celui qui est le meilleur à l'égard de sa femme, et je
suis le meilleur d’entre vous envers mes femmes. Seul l'homme noble de nature honore et traite bien les
femmes, et seul l'infâme les dédaigne ». Il exhortait le croyant à faire bon cœur contre mauvaise fortune même
si par certains aspects son épouse ne lui donne pas pleine satisfaction. Selon Abou Houraira, le Prophète a dit:
« Un croyant ne doit pas haïr sa femme croyante. S’il trouve en elle un tempérament qui lui déplait, sûrement
un autre trait de caractère pourra le satisfaire ». Il va sans dire que tous ces appels convergents vers un même
idéal : la stabilité du foyer et la durabilité du lien conjugal.
Il réprouvait foncièrement le divorce qu’il estimait être est un tord qui ébranle les fondements du foyer. Il est
rapporté que « l'acte licite le plus détesté d’Allah est le divorce ». Ailleurs, Il affirme : « Mariez vous et ne
divorcez pas car le divorce secoue le Trône divin ». En revanche, il recommandait vivement le mariage.
« Assurez votre descendance et multipliez vous. Je serai fier de vous parmi les autres nations le jour du
Jugement ». Il ajoutait à l’adresse des jeunes gens « Quiconque se marie aura accompli la moitié de sa
religion ; qu’il craigne Dieu dans la moitié restante. » Jésus Christ faisait les mêmes recommandations à ses
disciples : « Soyez féconds et prolifiques, remplissez la terre et dominez-la ».
Islam et parenté de chaire
La notion de lien de parenté – ou lien de sang – est un concept majeur qui occupe une place centrale en Islam .
De prescription divine, il constitue un des grands piliers sur lequel se fonde la Religion. Le verset 36 de la
sourate en Nissa’ (Les Femmes) appelle les croyant à la foi en Dieu d’abord, puis ensuite, à une attitude
exemplaire envers autrui qu’il soit parent, proche parent, étranger ou autre : « Adorez Dieu et ne lui associez
rien, montrez-vous bienveillants envers vos père et mère, vos proches parents, les orphelins et les indigents, les
voisins qui vous sont proches et qui vous sont étrangers, le compagnon du voyage, le transitaire de passage et
les esclaves en votre possession. Dieu n’aime pas les insolents prétentieux. ». Ce verset classe la priorité des
ayants droit en fonction de leur degré de proximité et établit les principes fondateurs qui vont constituer la
trame de fond des relations humaines. Les parents se situent au sommet de cette hiérarchie. Dans son Bahr al
Anwar, l’imam Mohamed Baquir al Mahlissi raconte qu’un homme désireux de partir faire la guerre sainte (el
djihad) alla trouver le Messager d'Allah et lui dit: « Mes parents sont vieux et ils tiennent beaucoup à moi, ils
ne veulent pas que j'aille combattre. » En entendant ces paroles, le Noble Prophète lui répondit: « Dans ce cas,
obéis et reste avec eux. Je jure par Celui qui tient mon âme en Ses mains que ta présence d'une journée et d'une
nuit auprès de tes parents est préférable pour toi qu'une année passée au Djihad. ». De nombreux hadiths
abondent dans le même sens et insistent sur les droits sacrés des parents. En effet, « Le regard affectueux d’un
fils envers ses parent est acte d’adoration », ou en encore « Allez à la rencontre de vos parents, pour leur
témoigner votre bienveillance même si le voyage devra durer deux ans » et aussi « Chaque regard tendre et
indulgent qu’un fils pose sur ses parents, a pour récompense l’équivalent d’un pèlerinage accompli (hadj
mabrour).

Le verset 6 de la sourate 33, accorde à la parenté naturelle le primat sur toute autre relation et consacre son droit
d’héritage : « Les liens de consanguinité ont dans la succession, priorité sur les liens unissant les croyants (de
Médine) et les émigrés (de la Mecque). » Du vivant du Prophète, les émigrés de la Mecque (al Muhadjirun)
pouvaient hériter les Médinois (al Ansar) suivant une ancienne coutume en cours dans la société arabe. Ce
décret, devenu source de droit canonique, récuse cette pratique et établit la prévalence du proche par la lignée
sur l’étranger.
L‘héritage n’est pas le seul domaine ou le parent de chaire jouit de son statut privilégié. Qu’il s’agisse d’offrir
un cadeau, donner une aumône, s’acquitter de la zakat (impôt légal), ou porter assistance, la préférence est
toujours accordé au proche parent. Anas rapporte l’histoire d’un riche médinois qui possédait une palmeraie et
à laquelle il était particulièrement attaché. Lorsque le verset : Vous n'accéderez pas à la vertu sans dépenser de
ce que vous aimez, fut révélé, Abû Talha, le propriétaire, alla trouver l’Envoyé de Dieu et lui dit : « Ö
Envoyé de Dieu, Allah affirme que vous n'accéderez pas à la vertu sans dépenser de ce que vous aimez. Or,
rien ne m'est plus cher que ma plantation. J'ai décidé d’en faire don à Dieu pour Lui être agréable ; j'espère
être récompensé dans la vie future. Je te la cède, donne la à qui tu veux. » « Cela est très bien, s'exclama
l'Envoyé de Dieu. Voilà un placement fructueux. J'ai pris acte de ta proposition et je pense que tu devrais la
donner à tes proches. » « C'est ce que je ferai,», reprit Abû Talha qui partagea son domaine entre les siens.
La Mère des Croyants, Maymûna bint al-Hârith, rapporte qu'elle affranchit un jour une esclave, sans en
demander la permission au Prophète. Lorsque vint le jour devant lui être consacré, elle l'en informa. Le
Prophète qui avait apprécié son geste, lui fit cependant une observation : « Si tu l'avais donnée à tes oncles
maternels, tu en aurais retiré une plus grande récompense. ». Le resserrement des liens de famille devrait rester
un souci constante du croyant et ce quel que soit le sacrifice consentit : « Allez à la rencontre de vos proches
quand bien même le voyage durerait un an. »
Cette prééminence est encore souligné dans un hadith rapporté par Tirmidhi « L'aumône faite à un indigent est
considérée comme simple aumône, mais accordée à un parent, elle est d’une double valeur : celle d’une
aumône et celle du maintien des liens du sang. » Toutes ces exhortations visent à installer un climat chaleureux
et bon enfant dans les rapports individuels. En effet, il est de notoriété que le cadeau affermit les amitiés,
dissipe les rancœurs et solidifie les liens.
De même, les marques de respects, les visites de courtoisie font partie, à une échelle plus élargie du
raffermissement du lien social. Il n’est pas nécessaire, dans ce cas que le concerné soit membre de la famille.
Ces pratiques relèvent des règles de la bienseillance et du savoir-vivre que la religion fait sienne. A ce propos,
Abu Horeyra rapporte que « Quiconque rend visite à un savant, c’est comme s’il avait rendu visité à un
prophète, et quiconque sert un savant pendant un jour, c’est comme s’il avait servi un prophète pendant trente
ans ». Dans la même veine de la main tendue et de l’élan d’amour vers l’autre, on peut lire, formulé autrement :
« La meilleure des créatures aux yeux de Dieu est celle qui apporte la joie dans le cœur de son serviteur.»

En règle générale, les obligations du croyant envers ses congénères, tel que le conçoit le dogme musulman,
sont entre-autre le respect, la bienveillance, l’obéissance, l’assistance, la courtoisie, le soutient morale et /ou
matériel, la charité et l’amour du prochain. Dans la même perspective, Le verset 91 de la sourate Les Abeilles
reprend les grands axes de cette éthique et pose les principes directeurs et universels du « vouloir vivre
ensemble ». C’est un verset totalisant qui renferme l’intégralité de la morale islamique : « Allah prescrit la
justice et la bienveillance et l’assistance charitable aux proches. Il proscrit la turpitude, l’impudence et
l’agressivité. Il vous exhorte pour vous inciter à bien raisonner. »

Les liens de sang dans le Livre et la Tradition

Détérioration des liens sociaux

On dénombre dans le Coran, plus d’une quinzaine de versets qui en appellent au maintient des liens de parenté
et à la cohésion intercommunautaire. Allah, dans le verset 24 de la sourate 13, apporte une mise en garde sévère
quant à la rupture de ces liens et menace de châtiment douloureux tout manquement à cette injonction. : «…
Quant à ceux qui rompent le pacte de Dieu après l’avoir conclu, qui brisent les liens que Dieu a leur a ordonné
de maintenir et qui sèment le désordre sur Terre, ceux-là seront maudits et voués à un affreux séjour. » A côté
de ce commandement, de nombreux hadiths prêchent les mêmes avertissements. Ils font du lien de parenté une
obligation théologale (fardh) et un indicateur de sincérité dans la foi. Il est dit en effet, que « Quiconque croit
en Dieu et au jour du Jugement, qu’il entretienne des liens avec ses proches ». Abu Hurayra donne une version
plus appuyée : « Que celui qui croit en Allah et au Jour dernier, honore son hôte, que celui qui croit en Allah
et au Jour dernier, maintienne les liens de sang, que celui qui croit en Allah et au Jour dernier, dise du bien ou
se taise. ». Le Prophète prévient les croyants que « Celui qui rompt les liens de famille est interdit d’accès au
Paradis. ». On raconte qu’un bédouin vint voire le Prophète et lui demanda « O messager de Dieu, quel est
l’acte le plus détesté aux yeux d’Allah ? ». Le Prophète répondit : « Donner un associé à Allah et couper les
liens de famille » « et l’acte le plus aimé par Allah ? », poursuivit le bédouin, le Prophète rétorqua : « la
croyance en Dieu (al iman bi llah) et le maintien des liens de sang. »

Selon Aicha mère des croyants, l’envoyé de Dieu a dit: « Après qu’Allah, le Très-Haut ait fini de créer les
créatures, Ar-Rahim (liens du sang) s’est accrochée au Trône et dit : « Ô Seigneur ! Je cherche Ta protection
contre la rupture. » Allah lui répond : « Veux-tu que Je maintienne le lien avec celui qui tient à toi et rompe
avec celui qui rompt avec toi ? » il répondit : « Oui. » Allah lui dit alors : « Je te l’accorde. » . Le Prophète,
ajouta ensuite « Si vous le désirez, lisez ce verset : Craignez qu’en retombant dans l’erreur, vous ne jetiez le
désordre sur terre et ne détruisiez l’esprit de famille. Ceux qui agissent ainsi sont maudits d’Allah, qui les a
rendus sourds et aveugles à la fois.» (Coran : 47/22). En engageant ses compagnons à lire le verset en
question, le Prophète faisant allusion à la menace qui pèserait sur eux, si jamais ils venaient à rompre avec la
fratrie : un retour à coup sûr à la barbarie païenne (la jahilia) et, à la clef, une malédiction suivie d’un terrible
châtiment. La gravité de cette rupture apparait dans un autre hadith : « La miséricorde divine ne descend pas
sur une communauté parmi laquelle se trouve quelqu’un qui a rompu avec les siens » Dans une autre variante,
on peur lire : « Dieu ne pose pas son regard (bienveillant) sur quiconque rompt le lien de famille et le mauvais
voisin. »

Jonction des liens de parenté

Si, aux yeux de la loi, la rupture du lien est une abominable turpitude et un péché capital (al kabair),
inversement, la fidélité aux attaches familiales est une conduite élogieuse et une noble vertu. Agréée par le
Seigneur (al ridha), elle est le garant d’une fin heureuse : « (20) Ceux qui sont fidèles aux engagements pris
avec Dieu et qui ne trahissent pas son alliance, (21) ceux qui ne brisent pas les liens que Dieu leur a ordonné de
maintenir et qui craignent leur seigneur et redoutent une douloureuse reddition des comptes, (22) ainsi que
ceux qui font montre de constance par désir de la Face de leur Seigneur, qui accomplissent la prière, qui
acquittent ouvertement ou en secret une partie de ce dont Nous les avons gratifiés et qui rende un bienfait pour
une offense, ceux là seront promus à une heureuse issue… » (Al Baquara. versets 20, 21,22.). Dans un hadith
quodsi (dit attribué à Dieu) rapporté par Aicha, Allah affirme : « Je suis Allah, et c’est Moi le Très
Miséricordieux, (Ar Rahman), qui ai créé le lien de parenté, (Al Rahim) et lui ai donné un nom dérivé du Mien.
J’entretiendrai des liens avec quiconque l’entretiendra et je romprai avec de quiconque le rompra.» Ainsi donc,
celui reste soudé à la communauté possède l’immense faveur de tisser ses relations avec le Créateur lui-même.
Selon la Tradition, entretenir la relation de chaire accroit la prospérité et renforce la fraternité. A ce sujet, le
Prophète affirme : « Cultivez les liens avec vos proches, car c’est une pratique qui enracine l’amour familial,
augmente les richesses et prolonge la vie ». C’est aussi un moyen d’obtenir le pardonet de se racheter des ses
fautes graves. Abu Houraira raconte qu’un homme vint se plaindre au Prophète : « J’ai, dit-il, commis un très
grand délit, y’a-t-il moyen de me repentir ? » Le Prophète lui posa la question de savoir s’il avait une mère,
l’étranger répondit que non. « As-tu une tante ? » « Oui » répondit l’homme. Le Prophète lui dit alors, « Vas et
prends soin d’elle. » Cette injonction signifie, à non point douter, que la prise en charge de sa tante lui
apportera la rémission de son péché. Sur un même registre, un autre hadith, repris par Tirmidhi, confirme le
précédent : « La tante maternelle occupe un rang équivalent à celui de la mère.»

Conclusion

Véritable code de déontologie, le Coran fait de la justice, de la main tendu et de reconnaissance de l’autre dans
sa différence, les bases de la sociabilité qui devraient faire de la communauté des croyants une immense
fraternité. Les crises actuelles de la modernité ne proviennent pas uniquement de causes économiques,
politiques ou autres mais elles relèvent essentiellement de l’érosion profonde du lien social.

La perte progressive des repères d’ancrage religieux, l’abandon des traditions héritées des générations
précédentes et l’emprunt sans retenue de modèles culturels étrangers entrainent une désintégration progressive
la l’édifice social dont les effets apparaissent au grand jour : conflits interfamiliaux, détresse matérielle et
psychologique, repli sur soi, communautarisme (el assabiya), individualisme effréné, exclusion, idées
suicidaires… A aucun moment de son histoire, l’homme n’a eu à relever des défis d’une telle ampleur. Pour
son malheur, la conception actuelle du contrat social n’apporte pas de solution à son mal-être. Bien au
contraire, en l’éloignant de proche en proche de son socle identitaire elle en a fait un individu hors sol, coupé de
son passé, incapable de se projeter dans d’avenir.

Concept sociologique avant la lettre rejoignant puis dépassant les théories des sciences humaines, l’Islam, à
travers la notion de lien de sang (silat ar rahim) entend restituer à l’homme sa dignité d’être humain, vicaire de
Dieu sur terre aussi longtemps que celui-ci gardera son esprit fidèle au Livre et à la Tradition (al Kitab wa
Sunna).

Russia and Iran vs. The New World Order

Peace is a frightening thing for New World Order agents, Neocon ideologues, and
Zionist puppets. They freak out whenever they hear nations are dealing with their
differences peacefully, respectfully, and diplomatically.

New World Order agents want bloodshed, death, pain and suffering virtually all over the world,
most particularly in the Middle East. They want the destruction of families, nations, and
livelihood. This is not conspiracy theory at all. Listen again to one of the most leading lights of
the New World Order, Michael Ledeen:

“Creative destruction is our middle name, both within our own society and abroad. We
tear down the old order every day, from business to science, literature, art,
architecture, and cinema to politics and the law.

“Our enemies have always hated this whirlwind of energy and creativity, which
menaces their traditions (whatever they may be) and shames them for their inability
to keep pace.”[1]

According to this view, New World Order agents like Ledeen cannot live without “creative
destruction.” If there is no destruction, then they have to invent one under the umbrella of
“democracy” and “freedom.” Keep also in mind that Ledeen is one of the Jewish Neocons who
helped create destruction in Iraq.

Ledeen is known for writing propaganda books like The Iranian Time Bomb: The Mullah Zealots’
Quest for Destruction. He is a former scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, a
Neoconservative think tank where he worked with “Prince of Darkness” Richard Perle, and for
over twenty-five years was actively involved in “the Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs
(JINSA), an activist group that promotes a strategic alliance between the United States and
Israel.”[2]

Central to Ledeen’s thesis in The Iranian Time Bomb is that Iran is responsible for September
11th. Not only that, Iran has always sought “to destroy or dominate” the United States!
[3] Moreover, for Ledeen, Iran is “the mother of modern terrorism.”[4] He believes the best way
to destroy “the mother of modern terrorism” is through war. In fact, Ledeen has been a
proponent of the idea that peace can come through violent war. “I don’t know of a case in history
where peace has been accomplished in any way other than one side winning a war [and]
imposing terms on the other side.”[5]

Ledeen also maintains that Iran was the chief mine of terrorism, proven, says Ledeen, by court
documents (even though he never tells where to find the court documents or what they actually
said); in the same article, Ledeen even implied that the quicker the U.S. invaded Iran, the
better.[6]

Iran & Russia

By invading Iran, Ledeen argued, the U.S. would eventually bring down “the mullahcracy, for
they will keep killing our people and our friends.”[7] It is not surprising that Ledeen has been
described as “one of the most dishonest and ludicrous jokes on the political scene.”[8]

As the United States moved toward war against Iraq, Ledeen claimed that countries that did not
fully support the United States were allying themselves with terrorism. “The Franco-German
strategy was based on using Arab and Islamic extremism and terrorism as the weapon of choice,
and the United Nations as the straitjacket for blocking a decisive response from the United
States,” he wrote, claiming that both France and Germany should be treated as “strategic
enemies.”[9] Not only that, he further stated that both France and Germany had “struck a deal
with radical Islam and with radical Arabs.”
Although Ledeen admits that the theory “sounds fanciful, to be sure,” he was clear that if it
happens to be correct, “we will have to pursue the war against terror far beyond the boundaries
of the Middle East, into the heart of Western Europe. And there, as in the Middle East, our
greatest weapons are political: the demonstrated desire for freedom of the peoples of the
countries that oppose us.”[10]

In response to this, Jonah Goldberg proposed the “Leeden doctrine,” which simply is that “every
ten years or so, the United States needs to pick up some small crappy little country and throw it
against the wall, just to show the world we mean business.”[11]

Once again we are back to perpetual wars, not only in the Middle East, but wherever
neoconservatives like Ledeen want them. As Ledeen himself declared, the level of casualties in
the Iraq War are “secondary. It may sound like an odd thing to say. But all the great scholars
who have studied American character have come to the conclusion that we are a warlike people
and that we love war.”[12]

This is not the first time Ledeen had turned to blatant fabrication in order to promote an ideology
—he was one of the people who promoted the falsehood that Saddam Hussein had bought
uranium in Niger.[13]

Ledeen later denied any involvement in the matter.[14] Neoconservatives such as Mark R. Levin
have stood up for Ledeen, saying things like the “Left’s narrative” has produced a libelous
accusation against Ledeen when he had nothing to do with the forgery.[15]

Has Ledeen stopped inventing things over the years? Has he refrained from making one
crazy statement after another? Has he repented from perpetuating lies and fabrications in order
to drink the blood of people he doesn’t like?

No.

He has recently declared that “there is an anti-American alliance among the world’s leading
tyrannies,” and these include Russia, Iran, China, North Korea, etc.[16] Those countries, said
Ledeen, “aim to destroy us, as they say with tedious monotony, but hardly anyone here seems to
notice.”[17]

Ledeen is mad and sad because he has noticed that people aren’t paying attention to the voice of
destruction anymore. He moved on to say: “I ask the pundits ‘what do you think ‘death to
America’ means?’ They give me a funny look, as if that was the first time they’d thought about it.
And the notion that we face a global enemy alliance seems fanciful to them.”[18]

Well, they ought to give you a funny look, Mr. Ledeen. Why do you think they say “death to
America”? Is it because they hate decent Americans so much? Or could it be that the Zionist
machine, the New World Order ideology, and Neoconservative pundits have continued to
demonize Iran, manipulate Americans, and engage in covert operations to destroy the country?

Does Ledeen mean to tell us that he doesn’t know what America did to Iran in 1953?[19]Does he
mean to tell us that he doesn’t know that both Israel and the United States destroyed Iranian
computers in 2012?[20] What if Iran did the same thing? Wouldn’t Ledeen go to virtually every
single radio and TV show and incessantly declare that America needs to bomb, bomb, bomb and
bomb Iran?

Ledeen is obviously desperate because he sees that the Neocon plan isn’t really working in the
Middle East anymore, specifically in Syria. He lamented:

“Look at Syria, where Assad is currently winning. Why? Because of Iranian fighters and their
proxies. Until recently, that wasn’t good enough to save the Syrian dictator. Now it is, because
the Iranians begged Putin to help them. Which he did.”[21]

Then Ledeen moved on to produce this categorical lie: “As they fight on in Syria, they are
preparing to tackle us in the near future. There is extensive evidence of enemy infiltration of the
United States, and our hemispheric neighbors.”[22]

The source for this crazy theory? Ledeen cited PJ Media, a thoroughly Zionist and
Neoconservative website, which also cited Adm. Kurt Tidd who reported to the Pentagon that
Iran is dangerous.

Ledeen is obviously one of the greatest jokers in the history of the Neoconservative ideology. He
wants decent American soldiers to give their blood for Israel,[23] while he and his brethren are
enjoying a lucrative and influential career. At this current moment, the national debt is $21
trillion![24]

Note: The history of the Khazarians, specifically the Khazarian Mafia (KM), the World’s largest
Organized Crime Syndicate that the Khazarian oligarchy morphed into by their deployment of
Babylonian Money-Magick, has been nearly completely excised from the history books.
The present day KM knows that it cannot operate or exist without abject secrecy, and therefore
has spent a lot of money having its history excised from the history books in order to prevent
citizens of the World from learning about its “Evil beyond imagination”, that empowers this
World’s largest Organized Crime Cabal.

The authors of this article have done their best to resurrect this lost, secret history of the
Khazarians and their large International Organized Crime Syndicate, best referred to as the
Khazarian Mafia (KM) and make this history available to the World via the Internet, which is the
new Gutenberg Press.

It has been exceedingly difficult to reconstruct this hidden secret history of the KM, so please
excuse any minor inaccuracies or errors which are unintentional and are due to the difficulty in

100-800 AD – an incredibly Evil Society Emerges in Khazaria:

Khazarians develop into a nation ruled by an evil king, who had ancient Babylonian black arts,
occult oligarchs serving as his court. During this time, Khazarians become known to surrounding
countries as thieves, murderers, road bandits, and for assuming the identities of those travelers
they murdered as a normal occupational practice and way of life.

800 AD – The Ultimatum is delivered by Russia and other surrounding nations:

The leaders of the surrounding nations, especially Russia, have had so many years of complaints
by their citizens that, as a group, they deliver an ultimatum to the Khazarian king. They send a
communique to the Khazarian king that he must choose one of the three Abrahamic religions for
his people, and make it his official state religion and require all Khazarian citizens to practice it,
and socialize all Khazarian children to practice that faith.

The Khazarian king was given a choice between Islam, Christianity and Judaism. The Khazarian
king chose Judaism, and promised to stay within the requirements laid out by the surrounding
confederacy of nations led by the Russian czar. Despite his agreement and promise, the
Khazarian king and his inner circle of oligarchs kept practicing ancient Babylonian black-magic,
also known as Secret Satanism. This Secret Satanism involved occult ceremonies featuring child
sacrifice, after “bleeding them out”, drinking their blood and eating their hearts.

The deep dark secret of the occult ceremonies was that they were all based on ancient Baal
Worship, also known as worship of the Owl. In order to fool the confederacy of nations led by
Russia that were watching Khazaria, the Khazarian king melded these Luciferian black-magick
practices with Judaism and created a secret Satanic-hybrid religion, known as Babylonian

About 1,200 AD, the Russians led a group of nations surrounding Khazaria and invaded it, in
order to stop the Khazarian crimes against their people, which included kidnapping of their young
children and infants for their blood sacrifice ceremonies to Baal. The Khazarian king and his inner
court of criminals and murderers came to be known as the Khazarian Mafia (KM) by neighboring
countries.

The Khazarian leaders had a well-developed spy network through which they obtained prior
warning and escaped from Khazaria to European nations to the west, taking their vast fortune
with them in gold and silver. They laid low and regrouped, while assuming new identities. In
secret, they continued their Satanic child blood and sacrifice rituals, and trusted Baal to give
them the whole world and all its riches, as they claimed he had promised them, as long as they
kept bleeding out and sacrificing children and infants for him.

The Khazarian king and his court Mafia plotted eternal revenge against the Russians and the

England safe for banking again. This began the English Civil Wars which raged for nearly a

This is how the City of London was set up as the banking capital of Europe and launched the
beginning of the British Empire.

their secret blood-based child sacrifices, changed their name to Rothschild (aka “child of the
rock, Satan”).

The Rothschilds as the front Men for the Khazarian Mafia (KM) infiltrate and Hijack
British Banking and then hijack the whole nation of England:

Bauer/Rothschild had five sons who infiltrated and took over European banking and the City of
London Central Banking System through various crafty covert operations, including a false report
of Napoleon winning against the British, when actually he lost. This allowed the Rothschilds to
use fraud and deception to steal the wealth of the English nobility and the landed gentry, who
had made business investments with the City of London Banking institutions.

The Rothschilds set up a private Fiat banking system that specialized in making counterfeit
money from nothing — charging pernicious usury for the British people, using what should have
been their own money.

This was the black art of Babylonian money-magick; they claimed to insiders that such
technology and secret money power was provided to them by Baal, because of their frequent
child bleeding-out and sacrifices rituals to Baal.
Once they had infiltrated and hijacked the British banking system, they interbred with the British
Royals and infiltrated and completely hijacked all of England and all its major institutions. Some
experts believe that the Rothschilds genocided the Royal Family members by staging secretly-
managed illicit and adulterous breedings with their own Khazarian men in order to replace the
Royals with their own pretenders to the throne.

The Khazarian Mafia (KM) wages an international effort to eradicate Kings who rule by
the Divine Right of God Almighty:

Because the KM claims to have a personal partnership with Baal (aka the Devil, Lucifer, Satan)
because of their sacrifices to him. They detest any kings who rule under the authority of God
Almighty because most feel a responsibility to make sure their own people are protected from
infiltrators and treasonous “Enemies within the Gates.”

In the 1600’s, the KM murder the British Royals and substitute their own fakes. In the 1700’s,
they murder the French Royals. Right before WWI they murder, Austrian Archduke Ferdinand to
start WW1. In 1917 they assembled their KM army, the Bolsheviks, and infiltrate and hijack
Russia, murder the Czar and his family in cold blood, bayonet his favorite daughter through the
chest and steal all the Russian gold, silver and art treasures. Right before WW2, they murder the
Austrian and German Royals. Then they get rid of the Chinese Royals and disempower the
Japanese ruler.

The Khazarian Mafia’s intense hatred of anyone who professed faith in any God but their god
Baal has motivated them to murder kings and royalty, and make sure they can never rule. They
have done the same with American presidents — running sophisticated covert operations to
disempower them.

If that doesn’t work the KM assassinates them, like they did to McKinley, Lincoln and JFK. The
KM wants to eliminate any strong rulers or elected officials who dare to resist their Babylonian
money-magick power or their covert power gained from their deployment of their human
compromise network.

The Rothschilds create international narcotics trafficking on behalf of the KM:

The Rothschilds then covertly ran the British Empire and crafted an evil plan to recover the vast
amounts of gold and silver the British had been paying to China for its high-quality silk and
spices that were unavailable anywhere else.

The Rothschilds, through their international spy network, had heard of Turkish opium and its
habit-forming characteristics. They deployed a covert operation to buy Turkish opium and sell it
in China, infecting millions with a bad opium habit that brought back gold and silver into the
Rothschild coffers, but not to the British People.

The opium addictions created by Rothschild opium sales to China harmed China so much that
China went to war on two occasions to stop it. These wars were known as the Boxer Rebellions or
the Opium Wars.

The money the Rothschilds gained from the sale of opium was so vast that they became even
more addicted to the easy money than the opiate addicts were to the opium.

The Rothschilds were the funding source behind the establishment of the American Colonies, by
incorporating the Hudson Bay Company and other trading companies to exploit the New World of
the Americas. It was the Rothschild’s who ordered the mass extermination and genocide of the
indigenous people of North America to allow for exploitation of the vast natural resources of the
continent.

The Rothschild’s also followed the same business template in the Caribbean and in the Asian sub-
continent of India, resulting in the murder of millions of innocent people.

The Rothschilds start the international slave trade, an enterprise that viewed these
kidnapped humans as mere animals — a view that the Khazarians would impose on all
the people of the world who were not part of their evil circle, which some called the
“Old Black Nobility”:

The Rothschild’s next big project was to start the worldwide slave trade, buying slaves from
crooked tribal chiefs in Africa who worked with them to kidnap members of competing tribes for
sale as slaves.

The Rothschild slave traders then took these kidnapped slaves on their ships in cramped cells to
America and the Caribbean where they were sold. Many died at sea due to bad conditions.

The Rothschild bankers learned early on that war was a great way to double their money in a
short time by lending money to both warring sides. But in order to be guaranteed collections,
they had to get taxation laws passed, which could be used to force payment.

The KM Rothschild private Fiat Counterfeit Banksters plot eternal revenge against the
American Colonists and Russia who assisted them for losing the Revolutionary War:

When the Rothschilds lost the American Revolution, they blamed the Russian czar and the
Russians for assisting the colonists by blockading British Ships.
They swore eternal revenge on the American colonists, just as they had when the Russians and
their allies crushed Khazaria in 1,000 AD.

The Rothschilds and their English oligarchy that surrounded them plotted ways to retake
America, and this became their main obsession.

Their favored plan is to set up an American central bank, featuring Babylonian money magic and
secret counterfeiting.

The Rothschild KM attempts to retake America in 1812 on behalf of the Khazarian Mafia
but fails, once again because of Russian interference:

This failure enraged the Rothschild KM, and they once again plot eternal revenge against both
the Russians and the American colonists and plan to infiltrate and hijack both nations and asset
strip, tyrannize and then mass-murder both nations and their populace.

The KM’s attempts to set up a private American central bank are blocked by President Andrew
Jackson, who called them Satanic and vowed to route them out by the grace and power of
Almighty God.

The Rothschild banksters regroup and continue their covert attempts to install their own
Babylonian money-magick bank inside America.

Finally in 1913, the Rothschild KM succeeds in establishing a major beachhead inside

America — and an evil enemy of all American enter the gates of America:

In 1913, the Rothschild KM was able to establish a beachhead by bribing crooked, treasonous
members of Congress to pass the illegal, Unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act on Christmas Eve
without a required quorum. The Act was then signed by a crooked, bought off President, who
was a traitor to America, like the members of Congress who voted for it.
The Rothschild KM then create an illegal taxation System in America:

The KM put an illegal, Unconstitutional tax system in place, in order to make sure that Americans
would have to pay for high-level USG spending, approved by a bought-off, crooked Congress and
Presidential puppets, put in place by corrupt KM campaign finance.

It is easy for the KM to garner enough money to elect anyone they want, because when you
control a bank that is a secret major counterfeiter, you have all the money made for you that
you desire. At about the same time that they created their illegal tax system in America, they
also bribed members of Congress to approve the Internal Revenue Service, which is their private
collection agency incorporated in Puerto Rico.

Soon afterwards, they set up the Federal Bureau of Investigation to protect their banksters, to
serve their cover-up needs and prevent them from ever being prosecuted for their child sacrifice
rituals, pedophile networks; and to also serve as a covert Intel operation on their behalf.

Note that the FBI has no official charter, according to the Library of Congress, and has no right to
exist or issue paychecks.

The Rothschild KM deployed the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia to extract incredibly

savage, bloody revenge on innocent Russians, which they had plotted for many years,
ever since Khazaria was destroyed:
The Rothschild KM pre-staged and engineered the Russian Revolution by using its central banks
to pay for the Bolshevik infiltration of Russia and their Revolution on behalf of the Khazarian
Mafia (KM).

called World Zionism which taught and inculcated susceptible Judaics with a paranoid group
delusion of racial superiority, which assumed that all Gentiles were intent on mass-murdering all

Hitler became a problem for the KM when he broke free and begin acting in the interests of the
German people and the free people of the world, and developed his own banking system free of

The U.S. Catholic church has incurred nearly $4 billion in costs related to the priest sex abuse crisis
during the past 65 years, according to an extensive NCR investigation of media reports, databases and
church documents.

In addition, separate research recently published calculates that other scandal-related consequences
such as lost membership and diverted giving has cost the church more than $2.3 billion annually for
the past 30 years.

Between 1950 and August of this year, the church has paid out $3,994,797,060.10, NCR found.

That figure is based on a three-month investigation of data, including a review of more than 7,800
articles gleaned from LexisNexis Academic and NCR databases, as well as information
from BishopAccountability.org and from reports from the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Up until now, "nearly $3 billion" has been the most widely cited figure by media, academics and
activists for the cost to the U.S. church for clergy sex abuse and its cover-up. NCR research shows
that figure is too low, probably by as much as a billion dollars -- and perhaps much more.

 Making direct comparisons between NCR figures and official figures from the bishops' conference is
difficult, perhaps impossible, for a number of reasons:

 There are no uniform reporting standards for public disclosure of financial records for U.S. Catholic dioceses.
For example, of the 197 dioceses and eparchies that are members of the U.S. bishops' conference, NCR could
find only 60 that had made some kind of public financial report available for 2014. Previous reporting (NCR,
Feb. 27-March 12) found the quality of these financial disclosures varies dramatically. Very little information
about how much a particular diocese spent on counseling for victims of abuse or for monitoring priest
offenders can be found in these reports.
 The NCR research relies largely on media reports, which tend to report only court cases or large settlements
and in major media markets. Areas with little media coverage will be underrepresented in the results.
 Settlements with nondisclosure or confidentiality restrictions are not included in the results. NCR found nearly
150 such settlements since 1950, most (74) in 2003 or before, but many even in recent years, seven in 2015
alone. Media rarely report routine financial data related to sex abuse, such as a particular diocese's cost of
training church volunteers to be in compliance with the U.S. bishops' Charter for the Protection of Children
and Young People.
 Information from the bishops is incomplete. Because of the way they report on sex abuse, they provide no
data for 2003, and data released after 2013 isn't directly comparable to data released before 2013 because of
changing data collection methods.
 NCR figures are reported for the year in which the settlement was reached and announced (the year the
liability was recognized), while the bishops' figures are reported for the year the costs were actually paid out.
This partially accounts for the large differences in amounts reported by NCR and amounts reported by the
bishops in certain years. For example, some settlements are reached during one year, but the money is not
distributed to victims until the next year or later.
The annual reports issued since 2004 by the bishops' Office for the Protection of Children and Young
People have their own set of problems. As NCR has previously reported, the data collection is
voluntary. The most recent annual reports have compliance rates of about 98 percent for dioceses and
70 percent for religious orders, but early reports had much lower reporting rates.

And the data are self-reported, unaudited and issued in aggregate. Data can't be double-checked or
specific dioceses examined.

The NCR examination of reports from around the country unearthed amounts previously unreported in
official church financial disclosures as well as amounts left out of reporting on other databases
because they were not considered major settlements or judgments against the church.

Only data about settlements and judgments in two specific periods, 1950-2002 and 2004-2013, can be
directly compared between the NCR research and reports from the U.S. bishops. (See accompanying
charts below.)

While the NCR investigation unearthed amounts not reported in 2004-2013 by Georgetown
University's Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA), there was no way to determine
precisely which amounts those are.
 NCR arrived at its $3.99 billion total by adding to its findings two other sets of figures reported by the
bishops:

 The cost in 2004-2013 for therapy for victims ($78 million); support for offenders ($142 million); attorneys'
fees ($433 million); child protection efforts, including training, background checks, safe environment
coordinators, and other measures ($259 million); and for "other costs," a designation covering such items as
abuse investigations, insurance premiums, emergency assistance for victims and monitoring service for
offenders ($47 million).
 $96,832,258.22 for similar services for the period 1950-2002 reported in the 2004 report by the John Jay

Dollar amounts for such services for other periods are not available, but most certainly would have
been and are being spent. For this reason, the $3.99 billion figure is almost certainly a low estimate.

As a way of illustrating the magnitude of the costs to the U.S. church, if that amount were divided
evenly among the nation's 197 dioceses, each would receive nearly $20 million.

In attempting to compile as thorough a record as possible, articles surfaced that provided some insight
into why it will probably be impossible to ever get a complete picture. In 2002, for instance, The
Washington Post reported that three years earlier a judge gave permission to the Milwaukee
archdiocese to shred documents that it wanted destroyed because those papers "showed how much
money it had spent on treatment, litigation and settlements related to sex abuse."

Other articles recount the efforts by the church in several states to block legislation that would either
temporarily lift or permanently alter statutes of limitations, laws governing how long victims have to
report allegations of sex abuse. The cost of this work, done through bishops' state Catholic
conferences, is not publicly reported and can't be included in cost estimates.

It is probably impossible to calculate the effect such great losses have had on the church's ministries
and outreach, since some of the restructuring of the church in the United States has simply resulted
from shifts in population from old centers of Catholic life in the Northeast and Upper Midwest to the
South and Southwest.

However, Charles Zech, director of Villanova University's Center for Church Management and
Business Ethics, said that just the interest off the amounts lost over the years to the sex abuse crisis
would help the church more justly compensate its lay workforce.

Zech, who has strongly criticized Catholics' lack of support for the church (he points out that Catholic
giving is half that of Protestants), said bishops also are responsible for financial shortfalls that affect
the level of ministry and the level of pay. "We don't treat our laypeople very well," he said, noting that
one of the prevailing attitudes is that there is no need to pay lay ministers a decent wage because they
are performing ministries.
