EVOLUTION OF MEDIA

Technology allows people to


have better and faster access to
information, which in turn allows
them to easily adopt newer media
technologies.
TRADITIONAL MEDIA refers to
various forms of mass communication
that existed before the internet.

NEW MEDIA refers to forms of


mass communication using digital
technologies such as the internet.

People discovered fire,


developed paper from plants, and
forged weapons and tools with stone,
bronze, copper and iron.
