Il sagit de mobiliser la thorie du contrat psychologique (dveloppe par Rousseau notamment) pour analyser lvolution de la relation demploi. Rousseau (1995) constate le passage dun contrat relationnel un contrat transactionnel . Cela a t-il un sens dans le contexte franais ? Quel est plus globalement, le contenu du contrat psychologique ?

apporter une comprhension des relations qui stablissent entre les systmes collectifs de reprsentation sociale et de valeurs, les comportements individuels (et attitudes) de motivation, dimplication, de satisfaction, etc., et les comportements collectifs de participation, de coopration, de conflits, etc. permettre au personnel dencadrement de mieux comprendre les attentes et valeurs de leurs collaborateurs, et en retour, leurs attitudes et comportements dans lorganisation.
