Friggitrice gas, vasca da 20 lt. su
armadio chiuso. Il piano stampato
con invaso di espansione e la vasca
sono realizzati interamente in
acciaio inox AISI 304 spessore
20/10 il primo e 15/10 la seconda;
involucro in acciaio inox AISI 304
spessore 8/10. Dotata di rubinetto di
scarico posizionato all'interno del
vano neutro inferiore. Bruciatori in
ghisa e acciaio inox sinterizzato a
fiamma orizzontale con bruciatore
pilota ad accensione piezoelettrica.
Erogazione del gas mediante
valvola termostatica in sicurezza
con termocoppia. Provvista di
termostato di sicurezza. Nr. 2
cestelli mm 340 x 150 x 135h con
manico in termoplastica per vasca,
filtro vasca, coperchio e bacinella
per la raccolta dell'olio in dotazione.
Allestimento su armadio chiuso.

cabinet. The pressed top with
expansion tank and the tub are
made completely of AISI 304
stainless steel, thickness 20/10 fro
the first and 15/10 for the second.
Casing in AISI 304 stainless steel

valve located in the lower neutral
compartment. Horizontal flame
burners in sintered cast iron and
stainless steel, with pilot burner and
piezoelectric ignition. Gas supplied
by means of thermostatic safety
valve with thermocouple. Equipped
with safety thermostat. 2 baskets,
340 x 150 x 135h mm with
thermoplastic tub handle, tub filter,
cover and oil collection tray
included. Set up on closed cabinet.

sont entièrement réalisés en acier
inox AISI 304 épaisseur 20/10 le
premier et 15/10 la deuxième ;
enveloppe en acier inox AISI 304
épaisseur 8/10. Dotée de robinet
d'évacuation positionné à l'intérieur
de l'élément neutre inférieur.
Brûleurs en fonte et acier inox
sintérisé à flamme horizontale avec
brûleur veilleuse à allumage piézo-
électrique. Alimentation du gaz à
l'aide de la soupape de sécurité
avec thermocouple. Dotée de
thermostat de sécurité. Nbre. 2
paniers mm 340 x 150 x 135h avec
manche en thermoplastique pour
cuve, filtre cuve, couvercle et bac
pour la récupération de l'huile fourni.
Installation sur amoire fermée.

Thermokunststoff für das Becken,
Beckenfilter, Deckel und Schale für
den Ölauffang werden mitgeliefert.
Einsatz auf geschlossenem Schrank.

grifo de desagüe ubicado en el
interior de compartimento neutro
inferior. Quemadores de hierro
colado y acero inoxidable
sinterizado con llama horizontal y
con quemador piloto de encendido
piezoeléctrico. La erogación de gas
tiene lugar por medio de una válvula
termostática de seguridad con
termopar. Provista de termostato de
seguridad. Se entrega con 2 cestas
de 340x150x135 mm, con mango de
termoplástico para cuba, filtro para
cuba, tapa y bandeja para la
recogida del aceite. Montaje sobre
armario cerrado.
