ÉLECTRO-ZINGUÉS BICHROMATÉS “EZ 80 ®”

ÉLABORATION DU PRODUIT
Identique au tube étiré à froid, sans soudure, recuit blanc, répondant aux mêmes normes et caractéristiques.
PROTECTION :
Zingage électrolytique extérieur, 10/15 microns, aspect bichromaté suivant normes N.FA. 91102 et 91472, huilage intérieur.
Tenue au brouillard salin : 100 heures environ pour apparition de rouille blanche.
200 à 250 heures pour apparition de rouille rouge.
Nota : Les déformations sur le tube entraînent une diminution de ces valeurs garanties sur tubes droits.
MARQUAGE :
Longitudinal reprenant la provenance, la nuance, les normes, les dimensions, la date de fabrication et le n° de coulée.
LIVRAISON :
En barres de 6 mètres, bouchonnées aux extrémités.
