1. CIMASSO introduit la réunion en évoquant tout les points du rapport de

qualité qui leurs avait été soumis par INTERCEM.

2. CIMASSO exige Ayoki de présenter un rapport de calcul statique de

coffrage pour les ouvrages en cours d’exécution comme INTERCEM
l'avait demandé dans les e-mails précédente, ainsi que pour la fondation
du BC3.
CIMASSO exige strictement que une méthodologie du coulage du béton
soit soumis par Ayoki avant tout mise en œuvre du béton.

3. INTERCEM demande à Ayoki de leur soumettre les calculs statiques des

grues qui seront utilisé pour le coulage, les calculs statiques du coffrage
slipforme, les calculs statiques des échahhaudages,et des escaliers et un
plan du godet qui sera utilisé pour le coulage.
4. INTERCEM demande à Ayoki une date pour la formulation du béton du
BC3, la date d'arrivé de leur ingénieur slipforme sur le site, la date d'arrivé
de leur ingénieur de qualité contrôle béton sur le site ainsi que la date des
tests de l'levage du béton du slipforme qui sera suivit de la présence de
leur bureau de contrôle internationale pour approuver l'assemblage du
matériel coffrage du slipforme.
Mr Tapsoba exige qu'une date de réception de tout ses document soit
communiqué à Intercem et CIMASSO par mail.

5. CIMASSO invite Ayoki à augmenter la capacité et le nombre des vibreurs

pour une bonne mise en œuvre du béton.

6. CIMASSO exige ayoki de revoir la qualité des matériels du coffrage et

leurs quantité pour une bonne suite des travaux. CIMASSO exige un
remplacement immédiat des matériels endommagé.

7. CIMASSO exige immédiatement une augmentation du nombre des

ouvriers sur le site. CIMASSO demande un rapport du nombre d'ouvriers
qui seront recruté par Ayoki tout en indiquant le nombre d'ouvrier qui sera
déployé sur chaque ouvrages. Ainsi Cimasso demande à Ayoki de
déployer tout le personnels sur le site du TT4 afin de passé au coulage de
la fondation le samedi 26 tout en respectant les exigence évoqué par
INTERCEM pour un travail de qualité.

8. AYOKI informe qu'ils prendrons des dispositions pour augmenter

l'éclairage lors des travaux de nuits qui permettra de réduire le risque
d'accident.
9. CIMASSO demande à AYOKI de soumettre à INTERCEM la fiche
technique des produits qu'ils compte utiliser pour la correction du béton
après décoffrage, la fiche technique du bitume qui sera utilisé et leur
déclaration de méthode selon le type de problème survenue.

10.INTERCEM exige Ayoki à mettre en place un planning Générale des

travaux incluant les début et les fins des travaux génie civil et mécanique
pour une bonne vision sur le temps d'exécution du projet.

English version
1. CIMASSO introduces the meeting by mentioning all the points of the
quality report that had been submitted to them by INTERCEM.

2. CIMASSO requires Ayoki to submit a static formwork calculation report

for the works in progress as INTERCEM had requested in previous
emails, as well as for the BC3 foundation.
CIMASSO strictly requires that a concrete pouring methodology be
submitted by Ayoki before any concrete is poured.

3. INTERCEM asks Ayoki to submit to them the static calculations of the

cranes that will be used for the pouring, the static calculations of the
slipform, the static calculations of the scaffolding and stairs and a plan of
the bucket that will be used for the pouring.

4. INTERCEM asks Ayoki for a date for the formulation of the BC3
concrete, the date of arrival of their slipform engineer on site, the date of
arrival of their concrete quality control engineer on site as well as the date
of the lifting tests of the slipform concrete which will be followed by the
presence of their international control office to approve the assembly of
 the slipform material.
Mr Tapsoba demands that a date of receipt of all his documents be
communicated to Intercem and CIMASSO by email.

5. CIMASSO invites Ayoki to increase the capacity and the number of

vibrators for a good implementation of the concrete.

6. CIMASSO demands that Ayoki review the quality and quantity of the
formwork materials for the continuation of the work. CIMASSO demands
an immediate replacement of the damaged materials.

7. CIMASSO demands an immediate increase in the number of workers on

site. CIMASSO requests a report on the number of workers that will be
recruited by Ayoki while indicating the number of workers that will be
deployed on each work. Thus, Cimasso asks Ayoki to deploy all the
personnel on the TT4 site in order to proceed with the pouring of the
foundation on Saturday 26th while respecting the requirements evoked by
INTERCEM for a quality work.

8. AYOKI informs that they will make arrangements to increase the lighting
during the night works to reduce the risk of accidents.

9. CIMASSO asks AYOKI to submit to INTERCEM the technical data

sheet of the products they intend to use for the correction of the concrete
after stripping, the technical data sheet of the bitumen that will be used
and their declaration of method according to the type of problem that has
occurred.

10.INTERCEM requires Ayoki to set up a general planning of the works

including the beginning and the end of the civil and mechanical works for
a good vision on the execution time of the project.
