My name is Mofor Caroline, a level 400 student of the Faculty of Economics and Management

Science of the University of Bamenda. I am carrying out a research on the topic; The effect of

working environment on employee performance in private colleges in Cameroon, case

study; KAD-NDAP Bilingual School Complex, Simbock, Yaounde. I will be grateful if you

take a few minutes of your time to fill out this questionnaire. I assure you that whatever

information you give will be strictly confidential and there will be no way of finding out the

source of the information after analysis since same information will be obtained from several
