Article 1 : (1) Un concours sur epreuve est ouvert pour le recrutement des eleves en premiere annee des
filieres Industries Agricoles et Alimentaires, de Maintenance Industrielle et Productique et de Chimie
Industrielle et Genie de I'Environnement du Cycle de Formation des Ingenieurs de l'Ecole Nationale
Superieure des Sciences Agro-Industrielles (ENSAI) de l'Universite de Ngaoundere les 09 et 10
Septernbre 2023 au titre de I'annee academique 2023/2024.

(2) Ce concours est ouvert aux camerounais des deux sexes et aux ressortissants etrangers residant au
Cameroun.

(3) Les candidats admis payent Jes droits de formation conformement a la reglementation en vigueur.

- Le Diplornc Universitaire de Technologie (DUT) clans une specialite de Genie Agro-
industrielle : de Genie de I'environnement, d'analyse biologiques et biochimiques,
d'Industries alimentaires et biotechnologiques ;
- Une Licence de Chimie, Biochimie. Microbiologie, Biologie, Sciences Environnementale ou
de Sciences des aliments :
- Tout autre diplome reconnu equivaut et adapte a la filiere,
2. Pour la filiere des Ingenieurs en Maintenance lndustrieUe et Productique
- Le Diplorne Universitaire de Technologie (DUT) dans une specialite de Maintenance
lndustrielle et Productique. Genies Thermique ct Energetique ;
- Unc Licence de Physique ; Licence de Mathematiques. Licence en electronique.

Article 4 : Les dossiers de Candidature doivent, sous peine de rejet, comporter les pieces suivantes :
a) - Une fiche de candidature du modele reglementaire a remplir et telecharger uniquernent en
ligne ;
b) - Une photocopie certifiec confonne de l'acte de naissance datant de mains de trois mois, signee
par une autorite cornpetente ;
c) - Une photocopie certifiee conforme du diplome dormant droit au concours;
d) - Quatre photos didentite 4X4 du candidat;
e) - Une photocopie certifiee conforme de la carte nationale d'identite
f) - Un extrait de easier judiciaire datant de mains de trois mois ;

On the proposal of the Rector of the University of Ngaoundere,

DECIDES:

Article 1: ( I ) The Competitive Entrance Examination for admission of students into the 161 Year of Master
in Agro-Food Process Engineering, Master in Maintenance and Production Engineering and Master
in Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering of the Engineering Cycle of the National
School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) of the University of Ngaoundere for the 2023/2024 academic
year shall take place on the 09 and 10 September 2023.
(2) This Competitive Entrance Examination is opened to Cameroonians of both sexes and also to
foreigners resident in Cameroon.
(3) Admitted candidates shall pay the appropriate tuition fees as prescribed by law.

Article 2: The numbers of places available in the first-year programmes of the Engineering Cycle of the
National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences of the University of Ngaoundere for the Academic year
2023/2024 are as follows:

Article 3: Candidates for the examination should be holders of one of the following qualifications:
1. For candidates for the Agro-Food Process Engineering or for the Industrial Chemistry
and Environmental Engineering:
- The University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in Agro-Food Processing;
- First degree in either Chemistry; Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Environmental
Sciences or Food Sciences.
- Any other equivalent qualification that is related to the program.

l. For candidates for Industrial Maintenance and Production

Engineering Programme
- The University Diploma of technology (DUT) in Industrial Maintenance and Production;
- First degree in either Physics; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; or Sciences and
Technology:
- Any other equivalent qualification that is related to the programme.

Article 4: The complete application file should comprise of the following documents:
(a) An application form completed online and downloaded;
(b) A certified photocopy of birth certificate dated not more than three months old;
(c) A certified true photocopy of certificates/diplomas;
( d) 4 recent passport-size photographs;
(e) A certified copy of candidate's National Identity Card
(f) A non-conviction certificate dated not more than 3 months;
(g) A medical certificate issued from a government hospital dated not more than 3 months

- Any of the 10 Regional Delegation of Secondary Education;
- The University of Ngaoundere antenna in Yaounde (lmmeuble Resistance Construction:

- The Secretariat of the National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) Ngaoundere;

Article 8: Candidates are requested to come to the examination centres at least 30 minutes before the start

On the proposal of the Rector of the University of Ngaoundere,

DECIDES:

Article l: A competitive Entrance Examination through study of files for admission of sixty-five
students into the first year of Professional Masters in Quality Control and Management (CGQ)
and Applied Nutrition (NA) of the Doctorate and Specialisation cycle of TI1e National School of
Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) of the University ofNgaoundere for 2023/2024 academic year.

Article 2: the said competitive entrance cited in article 1 is open to Cameroonians of both sexes and
also to foreigners fulfilling the required conditions.

Article 3: The sixty-five (65) places offered are partitioned as follows:

Article 4: Candidates for the examination should be holders of one of the following qualifications:
a) Candidates applying for "Quality Control and Management":
First Degree in any Science discipline; Bachelor of Technology; Professional Degree:
Engineering Diploma; any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of
Higher Education.

b) Candidates applying for "Applied Nutrition":

Erst Degree in any Science discipline; Bachelor of Technology or Professional Degree
in Biochemistry, Nutrition, Nursing; Engineering Diploma; any other equivalent
qualification recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education

Article 5: ( 1) Application shall be strictly online th.rough tbe website

http://concours.ensai.univ-ndere.cm, which will be available from 01 July 2023.

(2) Completed files should be deposited on or before the 07 of September 2023 latest, at any of the
fol lowing places:

The secretariat of the National School of Agro-industrial Sciences - ENSAI, of the

University ofNgaoundere
The Secretariat or The University ofNgaoundere antenna in Yaounde (lmmeuble Resistance
Construction: Quartier Fouda), and should contain the following:

• An application form completed online, downloaded, and stamped (1500 Frs);

• A certified photocopy of birth certificate dated not more than three months old;
• A certified true photocopy of certificates/diplomas;
• A medical certificate issued from a government hospital dated not more than 3 months
• 4 recent passport-size photographs;
• A certified copy of your national identity card
• A receipt of payment of the sum of twenty thousand (20 000) francs into the bank

• 2 addresses (names, grade or title, telephone contacts and e-mails) of referees (Academic
Personalities) to be contacted in case of need
• An A4 size self-addressed and 1000 francs - stamped envelope.

Article 6: After publication of results, successful candidates will have a maximum of 10 working
days to present themselves and complete admission modalities fter the said period, they will be
replaced by those on the waiting list in order of merit. ,
Article 7: The Rector of the University of Ngaoundere, the Director of University Accreditations
and Quality of the Ministry of Higher Education and the Director of ENSAI are responsible for the
execution of this decision.
