Résumé : L’objectif de ce projet de fin d’études est la mise en place d’un système de changement d’eau
automatique de WD testing device dans la société Kromberg & Schubert. Notre travail se focalise dans un
premier temps à faire une automate programmable a l’aide de TIA portal. Au terme de ce travail notre
solution doit assurer le changement d’eau de WD testing device automatiquement pour gagner du temps et
assurer la précision et la sécurité.

Ce projet s’intègre dans le cadre du projet de fin d’études en vue d’obtenir notre diplôme en Maintenance.

Tout d’abord, nous présentons Kromberg & Schubert : les produits, l’organigramme, les services et le
cycle de la production des faisceaux électriques. Ensuite, nous présentons WD testing device. Puis, nous
réalisons l’analyse fonctionnelle de système de changement d’eau automatique et nous proposons trois
solutions pour optimiser le système. En outre, nous faisons la conception de la solution. Finalement, nous
réalisons la conception.

Summary The objective of this end-of-studies project is the implementation of an automatic WD testing
device water change system in the Kromberg & Schubert company. Our work initially focuses on the
production of an. Then, the design using SOLIDWORKS to lead to a technical file. At the end of this
work, our solution must ensure the water change of the CHP machine automatically to save time and
ensure precision and safety. This project is part of the end-of-studies project in order to obtain our diploma
in maintenance. First of all, we present Kromberg & Schubert: the products, the organization chart, the
services and the production cycle of the electrical harnesses. In following, we present the WD testing
device. Then, we carry out the functional analysis of the automatic water change system and we propose
three solutions to optimize the system. In addition, we design the solution. Finally, we made the design
and the drawings of the different parts of our system
