III- Etude cas : 08 points

Dans le cadre du plan de développement de la ville de Dschang, le conseil municipal de
ladite ville envisage de construire un espace marchand moderne au titre de l’exercice 2020
évalué à 2 milliards de FCFA. Cette initiative est diversement appréciée au regard de
multiples problèmes auxquels les habitants de la cité universitaire sont confrontés. Vous
êtes approché par le Maire de céans en qualité d’expert en évaluation de projets dans la
perspective d’une meilleure prise de décision.

Travail à faire :
1- ce projet est-il pertinent ?
2- quel peut-être l’apport additionnel dudit projet ?
3- quels peuvent être les avantages financiers du projet ?
4- évaluez quelques avantages économiques du projet.
5- Pour quelles raisons le promoteur peut-il être amené à abandonner le projet ?

As part of the development plan of the city of Dschang, the city council of the city plans to
build a modern commercial space for the 2020 exercise valued at 2 billion FCFA. This decision is
variously appreciated in light of the many problems facing the inhabitants of the university
town. You are approached by the Mayor as an expert in project evaluation with a view to better
decision-making.
