Les algues
Certaines algues sont considérées comme des super
aliments. Les algues les plus utilisées en nutrition sont la
spiruline et la chlorelle. Elles sont riches en nutriments tels
que les oméga 3, la chlorophylle, les acides aminés, les
antioxydants et les vitamines.[3], [4]
L’aloe vera n’est pas seulement bon pour soulager les coups
de soleil ; c’est aussi une plante intéressante pour favoriser
la synthèse du collagène.

La vitamine C est nécessaire au processus de fabrication du
collagène par l’organisme. En tant que puissant antioxydant,
elle contribue à assouplir la peau et à réduire l’apparence
