1er Tour :
Interviewer: Harsha Eashwer Manager
Fit:
- But profit
Mon Plan :
1. Rentabilité
a. Revenue (2 streams)
b. Costs (OPEX/CAPEX)
2. Capacity
a. Human Ressources/Workforce
b. Skills
c. Barriers due to location
3. Risks to anctipate
a. Governance
b. Cultural
c. Lifetime Gasfield + Environment considerations
Revenue:
Small Project = 5Bn x Price Local Customers = 5 Bn x 100 000 / 1 Million = 500 Million $
Large project = 5Bn x Price Local Customers + 10 Bn x Price International Customers
= 500 Million + 10 Bn x 200 000/ 1 Million = 2,5 Bn $
OPEX :
Small = 250 Million $
Large = 900 Million $
Payback Period :
Conclude.
Global manufacturer which produces light in front of buildings. Production in China
Goog growth decide to acquire a Power Transformer company : EVP High voltage Network.
Market has a good growth. Offers better margin than lights.
But our client experiences a decrease in profit.
Questions:
- Customers in Europe. B2B
Plan :
I. Internal factors
- Revenue
- Costs
II. External factors
- Competitors strategy
- Environmental regulations ?
-
III. Action levers
I said that even cheaper need to consider the length in terms of stock.
I: Not a problem. Size the market of power transformers (Power Transformers for large
buildings).
M : 1 european country * 30 = Europe. Need 2 power transformers per building
5 big cities/country 500 buildings per city. 2500 buildings * 2 5 000
5000 * 30 countries 150 000 * 5% (lifetime) 7500
Okay and so we have an increase in profit of 150$ by choosing transportation via cargo, so :
150$ *7500 = 1,125 Million Profit increase.
