Introduction: You have to eat to live. But, eat what?
Development:
At breakfast, I eat/take idlis, dosas, pooris, pongal, uppma, and vadas with
sambar or chutney. Sometimes I take bread with jam or butter and eggs.
At lunch, I take rice with sambar or rasam and vegetables. I often take
chicken and meat. Sometimes I eat sandwich and chips in the school
canteen. I also eat cakes or ice cream as a dessert during the weekend.
At dinner, I eat chappathis with dhal or vegetables, lentils etc., and I take
fruit for dessert.
My favorite dish is idli. It’s a little white cake made of rice. It’s a typical
Tamil dish. I love it. My mom says idlis are good for health.

Conclusion:
Yes, you have to eat well to live. But to live well you need a healthy diet!
