Consignes particulières / Special instructions
Conditions générales d’utilisation de l’aérodrome
AD réservé aux ACFT munis de radio et autorisé pour l’utilisation permanente
par hélicoptères.
Départ avant 1100 possible avec l’accord de l’AFIS.
AD réservé aux aéronefs de caractéristiques et performances appropriées.
Une formation spécifique délivrée par un instructeur agréé est exigée pour
l’autorisation d’accès à l’aérodrome, conformément à l’instruction
N° 2. DAC/AG/D du 28 Août 2006.
1. Cette autorisation délivrée par la Délégation Territoriale Guadeloupe est
valable un an à compter de la date de fin de formation,
2. La prorogation de cette autorisation est subordonnée à l’utilisation de
l’aérodrome pendant la période de validité,
3. A défaut un contrôle avec un instructeur agréé est exigé pour le
renouvellement de l’autorisation.
Utilisation systématique de la langue anglaise dans la circulation d’aérodrome
dès qu’il y a un pilote non francophone dans le circuit.
Dangers à la navigation aérienne
* Approche délicate (relief et turbulences) RWY 10.
Procédures et consignes particulières
Par délégation de l’organisme d’approche de Saint Martin Juliana, l’AFIS de
Saint Barthélemy est responsable de la fourniture des services d’information et
d’alerte dans la zone réglementée TA R2.
Transpondeur obligatoire code 2000 avec alticodeur.
PISTE 10 :
* Compte rendus de position obligatoires :
-----> à “FOURCHUE” ou travers “FOURCHUE” si provenance N ou NW.
-----> à “COCO” ou travers “COCO” si provenance S ou SE.
-----> à “PAIN DE SUCRE” à 1500 ft.
-----> en courte finale (“LES GROS ILETS”).
* Au décollage, virage à gauche obligatoire. Ne pas virer avant l’extrémité de
piste.
PISTE 28 :
* Circuit de piste à droite ou à gauche.
* Compte rendus de position obligatoires :
-----> à “FOURCHUE” ou travers “FOURCHUE” si provenance N ou NW.
-----> puis à “FREGATE” (1000 ft) ou “PAIN DE SUCRE” (1500 ft).
-----> à “COCO” ou travers “COCO” si provenance S ou SE.
* Remise de gaz interdite en courte finale.
* Décollage interdit.
QFU 101° préférentiel cause environnement.

General AD operating conditions
AD reserved for radio-equipped ACFT and authorized for permanent use by
helicopters.
Take-off possible before 1100 PPR AFIS.
AD reserved for ACFT with suitable performances and characteristics.
A specific formation delivered by an agreed instructor is requested to grant the
airfield access, as described in instruction NR 2. DAC/AG/D of August 28, 2006.
1. This authorization delivered by the “Territorial Representative Guadeloupe” is
valid one year starting from completion date of formation,
2. The extension of this authorization is subject to the use of the airfield during
the period of validity,
3. Failing that, a test with an agreed instructor is requested for the renewal of
the authorization.
English language is systematically used in the aerodrome traffic circuit when a
non French-speaking pilot is in the circuit.

* Difficult approach (obstructions and turbulences) RWY 10.

Saint Barthélemy AFIS is responsible for providing information and alert
services within the restricted area TA R2, by delegaion of Saint Martin Juliana
approach authority.
Compulsory transponder with coding altimeter squawk 2000.
RWY 10:
* Mandatory air position reports:
-----> over “FOURCHUE” or abeam “FOURCHUE” when coming from N or NW.
-----> over “COCO” or abeam “ COCO“ when coming from S or SE.
-----> over “PAIN DE SUCRE” at 1500 ft.
-----> in short final (“LES GROS ILETS”).
* After take off, mandatory left turn. Do not turn before RWY end.
RWY 28:
* Right hand or left hand AD traffic circuit.
* Mandatory air position reports:
-----> over “FOURCHUE” or abeam “FOURCHUE” when coming from N or NW.
-----> then over “FREGATE” (1000 ft) or “PAIN DE SUCRE” (1500 ft).
-----> over “COCO” or abeam “COCO” when coming from S or SE.
* Going around is prohibited in short final.
* Take off prohibited.
Prefered QFU 101° due to environment.
