la vanne est plaquée par la pression contre l’ouvrage.

la pression tend à décoller la vanne de l’ouvrage.

CONSTRUCTION MECANO-SOUDÉE

FUNCTION
● Cuts and regulates fluid transit. Best use for water treatment and
raw water.

WATERTIGHT
● VMK : maximum watetight (rate of leak : 0,01 L / sec. per linear
meter of gasket).

ERECTING
● S : bedding in the concrete.
● A : fitting by screws against the concrete.

WAY OF DISCHARGE
● Upstream fitting : can be use when the pressure press the valve
against the support.
● Downstream fitting : must be use when the pressure can tear
out the valve from the support.

DRIVES
● By hand with a working square - Handwheel - Double action
pneumatic or hydraulic jack - Electric servomotor - Wheelcrank.

CONSTRUCTION
● Frame in painted steel or stainless steel.
● Gate in stainless steel 304 with stiffeners in steel or stainless steel.
● Nitril or hypalon gasket.
● Driving screw in stainless steel 303.
● Nut in bronze UE7.

DIMENSIONS

En cas de fuite importante, desserrer les vis HM repère 8 et les écrous HmM repère 10, visser les vis HcBP
repère 9 jusqu’au taux de fuite acceptable. Rebloquer les vis et les écrous HmM après satisfaction.
Lors de cette opération faire attention à ne pas bloquer la pelle en plaquant trop fort les glissières repère 3.

In case of major leakage, release the HM screws and nuts, tighten the HcBP screw to an acceptable level of
leakage. Tighten the HM screws and nuts when satisfied.
During this operation, be careful not to block the blade by excessive tightening of the slide bars.

MONTAGE EN PAROI
- Réglage et position horizontale du seuil à l’aide des
vis de réglage, repère A.
- Contrôle de la verticalité des glissières sur deux côtés.
- Repérer l’emplacement exact pour mettre les chevilles
de fixation ou les goujons, repère B.
- Mise en place de ces derniers
- Veiller particulièrement dans cette opération à ne pas
“vriller la vanne”.
- Bétonnage.

WALL SETTING-UP
- The mudsill can be set in horizontal position owing to
the setting screw item A.
- Control of slide-bars verticality on two sides.
- Note the right place to put pins or studs item B.
- Seeting-up of screws and studs.
- In this process, be particulary careful not to
“Corkscrew the gate”.

MONTAGE EN APPLIQUE
- Pour ce type de montage, le mur recevant le joint
d’étanchéité, repère C, doit être parfaitement plat afin
d’éviter toute fuite.
- Positionner la vanne et repérer les trous de fixation.
- Introduire dans la paroi les chevilles.
- Remettre la vanne en place (sans oublier le joint) et
serrer les vis de fixation.

BRACKET SETTING-UP
- For this setting-up method, the wall that bears the
tightness gasket item C has to be perfectly flat, so that
any leak is avoided.
- Place the gate and mark the fixing holes.
- Insert the screws in the wall.
- Set up the gate again (without forgetting the gasket),
and tighten the fixing screws.
