Perkins 900 Series Cylinder block kit (ZZ50304)

The cylinder block is fitted with a camshaft bush. Therefore for non power take-off (PTO) applications, it is necessary to
reduce the oil flow to the camshaft bush to avoid the overflow of oil into the cylinder head and breather system. The over-
flow of oil has been prevented by a threaded hole addition to the the front face of the cylinder block and a plug screw,
fitted to reduce the flow of the oil to the camshaft bush.

It is important that this plug screw is not removed from the cylinder block as it may damage the engine.

Kit de bloc-cylindres de la Série 900 Perkins (ZZ50304)

Le bloc-cylindres est équipé d’un coussinet de palier d’arbre à cames. Par conséquent, pour les applications sans prise
de force, il est nécessaire de réduire le débit d’huile allant au coussinet de palier d’arbre à cames pour éviter le trop-plein
d’huile dans la culasse et le circuit de reniflard. Le trop-plein d’huile a été empêché par l’ajout d’un trou fileté sur la face
avant du bloc-cylindres et d’une vis-bouchon, montée pour réduire le débit d’huile allant au coussinet de palier d’arbre à
cames.

Il est important de ne pas retirer cette vis-bouchon du bloc-cylindres car cela peut endommager le moteur.

Kit monoblocco motori Perkins serie 900 (ZZ50304)

Nel monoblocco è montata una boccola per l’albero motore. Pertanto, quando si usa il motore senza presa di forza è
necessario limitare il flusso dell’olio a questa boccola per evitare il trabocco di olio nella testata e nell’impianto di sfiato.
Il trabocco è evitato con l’aggiunta di un foro filettato sulla superficie anteriore del monoblocco e di un tappo a vite, che
riduce il flusso dell’olio alla boccola dell’albero motore.

È importante non asportare questo tappo dal monoblocco poiché ciò potrebbe danneggiare il motore.

Zylinderblocksatz (ZZ50304) für Perkins-Motoren der Serie 900

Der Zylinderblock ist mit einer Nockenwellenbuchse ausgestattet. Deshalb ist es bei Ausführungen ohne Nebenantrieb
erforderlich, den Ölfluss zur Nockenwellenbuchse zu verringern, um ein Überlaufen des Öls in den Zylinderkopf und das
Entlüftersystem zu verhindern. Das Überlaufen von Öl wird durch ein Gewindeloch in der Vorderseite des Zylinderblocks
und eine Verschlussschraube, die zur Verringerung des Ölflusses zur Nockenwellenbuchse eingebaut ist, verhindert.

Es ist wichtig, dass diese Verschlussschraube nicht aus dem Zylinderblock entfernt wird, da ansonsten der Motor be-
schädigt werden kann.

Juego de bloque de motor Perkins Serie 900 (ZZ50304)

El bloque del motor está equipado con un buje en el árbol de levas. Por esta razón, para aplicaciones en las que no se
usa la toma de fuerza, hay que reducir el flujo del aceite al buje del árbol de levas para evitar que entre el exceso de
aceite a la culata y al sistema del respiradero. El rebalse del aceite ha sido evitado por la adición de un orificio roscado
en la cara delantera del bloque y un tapón roscado que evita el flujo del aceite al buje del árbol de levas.

Es importante que no se quite este tapón roscado del bloque del motor porque su remoción podría resultar en daños
en el motor.
