Preparation
1. Open a bottle very carefully, avoiding any loss of
the lyophilised material.
2. Reconstitute the lyophilised material with 2 ml
distilled water.
3. Mix thoroughly, avoiding foam forming. Wait for 30
minutes before use.
Storage and Stability
The calibrator is stable at 2-8°C up to the date of
expiration as specified, when stored tightly closed
and contaminations prevented during their use. The
expiry date for the lyophilised calibrator is given on
the pack.
The stability after reconstitution is 2 months at –
20°C.
Bacterial contamination of the reconstituted
calibrator will cause reductions in stability of many
components.
Notes
Bilirubin in serum is light sensitive and it is
recommended to be stored in the dark
Préparation
1. Ouvrez prudemment le flacon en évitant de perdre
une partie du contenu lyophilisé
2. Reconstituez le contenu lyophilisé avec 2 ml de
l'eau distillée.
3. Mélangez complètement afin de permettre une
bonne dissolution de la poudre, en évitant la
formation de la mousse. Attendez pour environ 30
minutes avant de l’utiliser.
Conservation et Stabilité
Le calibrateur est stable entre 2 et 8°C jusqu'à la date
de péremption indiquée, à condition d’être conservés
dans un récipient fermé hermétiquement et d’éviter
les contaminations lors de leur utilisation. La date de
péremption du produit est indiquée sur la boîte.
Le calibrateur est stable après reconstitution pour 2
mois à -20°C.
La contamination bactérienne du calibrateur
reconstitué causera des réductions de la stabilité de
beaucoup de composants.
Notes
La bilirubine dans le sérum est sensible à la lumière
et il est recommandé de la garder à l’abri de la
lumière.
