- Derived from caught fish from either whole fish or the viscera of fish from plants treating and processing fish intended for human
consumption ;

- Do not come from aquatic animals that have died or been eliminated due to plague ;
- Do not contain other animal proteins and have not been contaminated by them ;

c) The products described above have been subjected to an adequate heat treatment approved by the official veterinary service
d) Effective measures have been taken to avoid contamination during and after the production process ;
