Remplacement du relais Furimat 250 par le relais Honeywell

1. Avant de travailler sur le brûleur, assurez-vous bien que l’alimentation électrique soit
coupée.
2. Ouvrez le couvercle inférieur (1) du relais Furimat, enlevez les deux connecteurs principaux
(2) et les fils de terre. Démontez ensuite le boîtier Furimat de son support. (photo 1)
3. Démontez le câblage d’alarme (3); le signal d'alarme n’est en effet plus prévu dans le
nouveau boîtier Honeywell. (photo 1)
4. Montez le boîtier Honeywell et sa tôle support à l'aide des deux vis en vous assurant que
l’œillet des fils de terre (4) soit bien serré. (photo 2)
5. Retirez les fils des anciens connecteurs Furimat (5) (photo 3) et placez les aux mêmes
positions sur le connecteur 20 pôles (le "1" sur le "1", le "2" sur le "2", …). Afin de faciliter le
montage du fil 13, démontez le condensateur de son support, et remontez-le ensuite.
6. Connectez bien les 4 fils de terre restant aux bornes 17 à 20.
7. Branchez le fil (6) de la borne 16 à la connexion commune du pressostat d’air. (photo 4)
8. Connectez le gros fil de terre (7) à la borne terre du boîtier, ainsi que le fil d'allumage (8) et
sa terre (9) (photo (5) .
9. Vérifiez bien la conformité du câblage complet avec le schéma de câblage sur la page 2.
10. Remettez la chaudière en marche et assurez-vous du bon fonctionnement du brûleur.

 Remplacement of the burner control Furimat 250 by the controller
Honeywell S4563D10017B
1. Before starting to work on the burner, check carefully that the power supply to the
boiler is cut.
2. Remove the bottom cover (1) of the Furimat 250; unplug the two main connectors (2) and
all the earth connections. Then demount the Furimat–controller from the bracket. (photo 1)
3. Remove the alarm signal cable (3) since this option is no longer possible on the new
Honeywell controller (photo 1).
4. Mount the assembly with the Honeywell control and its mounting plate on the bracket with
the two fixation screws and take care that the earth connection (4) is well fixed with the ring
terminal under the screw (photo 2).
5. Remove the wires one by one from the old Furimat-connectors (5) (photo 3) and connect
them at the terminal with the same numbering at the white 20 poles connector (“1” on “1”;
“2” on “2”;…). Demount the capacitor from its support to ease the connection to terminal 13
and remount it afterwards.
6. Connect the 4 supplementary earth connections to terminals 17 to 20.
7. Connect the flag terminal (6) of the wire from terminal 16 to the common of the air pressure
switch (photo 4).
8. Mount the earth connector with the flag terminal (7) to the middle earth connection of the
controller, the earth connection (9) of the electrode and the ignition cable (8) (photo 5).
9. Check carefully that the wiring matches the wiring diagram at page 4
10. Switch on the boiler and verify the good operation of the burner.
