Je suis Mouad benkhiate, j’ai 23 ans, je suis un ingénieur en génie électrique et énergies
renouvelables, après l’obtention de mon baccalauréat j’ai effectué les classes préparatoires a
El jadida, en effet j’ai toujours eu une passion pour le domaine électrique, électronique, et
énergétique alors j’ai pensé qu’une école d’ingénieur sera la meilleure occasion d ’assimiler
ces deux domaines. J’ai commencé ma première expérience professionnelle au sein du
Groupe OCP, j’ai passé mon premier stage d’observation au sein de département OIJ/E dont
j’avais pour missions d’effectuer une étude de distribution électrique de la nouvelle ligne
DAP, ensuite pour mon deuxième stage d’ingénieur je l’ai effectué au sein du département
R&D de l’entreprise SLACKERS, j’avais pour missions de réaliser un réseau de capteurs
sans fil qui permet la transmission des grandeurs physiques en relation avec l’environnement,
et à la fin de ma dernière année, j’ai effectué mon stage de fin d’études chez Lear Corporation
au sein de département ingénierie , j’avais pour résponsabilité de concevoir une unification
des deux lignes d’assemblages DLF VAN et DLF KOMBI du projet FORD Pour l’unification,
il y avait une thèse à étudier c’est de se consacrée à l’exploitation des équipements existants, et
être gagnant en termes de matériels, main d’oeuvre et d’espace. Ce travail vise à intégrer la ligne
d’assemblage DLF KOMBI dans DLF VAN tout en assurant la production des deux types de
faisceaux électriques. Et ceci en déterminant les ressources et main d’oeuvres nécessaire pour
produire la demande client, et en définissant les postes de travail et le flux entre eux, et ceci
sans impacter la qualité des produits.

English : hello i hope you’re doing well, let me intoduce myself , I’m Mouad Benkhiate, i
am 23 years old , im an electrical and renewable energy enginner. After obtaining my
baccalaureate, I did the preparatory classes in El jadida. In fact I have always had a passion
for the electric, electronic and energy fields so I taught that an enginnering school would be
the best opportunity to assimilate these two fields. During this 3 years of electrical
engineering , I’ve learned a lot of things in terms of studies, softwares and tools that make me
had a lot of knowledge of the electrical field, but the most important thing is that I opened up
on the work field when I started my career and my first experience as an intern within OCP, it
was an observation internship within OIJ department whose mission was to carry out a study
of electrical distribution of the new DAP line, then for my second engineering internship I
spend it with the R&D department of the company Slackers, my mission were to create a
network of wireless sensors wich allows the transmission of physical quantities likeCO2,
humidity in relation with the environnement. And at the end of my last year, I did my end-of-
studies internship at lear corporation within the engineering department, I was responsible for
designing a unification of the two assembly lines DLF VAN et DLF KOMBI of the ford
project , for the unification there was a thesis to study is that is to be devoted to the
exploitation of existing equipment and to be profitable in terms of materials manpower and
space. This work aims to integrate the DLF KOMBI assembly line into DLF VAN while
ensuring the production of the types of electrical harnesses. And this by determining the
ressources and manpower necessary to produce the customer request and by defining the
workstation and the flow between them, and this without impacting the quality of products.
- Parlez-nous de votre PFE :

Mon projet de fin d’étude s’intitule sur une unification des deux lignes d’assemblages at
amélioration des performances DLF VAN-KOMBI du projet FORD. J’ai travaillé avec l’approche
DMAIC qui est dédié a l amélioration continue. En effet, pour Intégrer un nouveau produit dans
la ligne de fabrication, j’ai commencé par découvrir le processus de fabrication de la ligne
d’assemblage DLF dans le but d’assimiler le contexte du projet, une fois l’objectif est déterminé
et le périmètre est défini, j’ai essayé d’analyser la situation actuelle de la ligne DLF VAN afin de
dégager les causes qui peuvent impacter notre nouvelle ligne d’unification. Ensuite j’ai fa it une
étude de produit, suite à une comparaison avec les composants (fils et connecturs) et les structures
de la ligne, ce qui nous a permis de détecter les écarts existants entre les produits des deux
diversités (VAN, KOMBI). En s’appuyant sur ces analyses, et quelque documentation (UCS,
BOM et Layout) nous avons reconfiguré les moyens existants en proposant des solutions
adéquates, pour assurer la production des deux familles, et garantir la production journalière
souhaitée. Ces solutions consistaient à unifier les deux layout en un seul en utilisant autocad afin
d’optimiser les ressources et l’espace, ainsi de redimensionner les structures sur Catia V5 afin de
supporter la capacité des fils des deux produits, Et ceci en appliquant une étude d’ergonomie po ur
les nouveaux postes. Finalement j’ai effectué une étude de l’éclairage sur cette zone d’unification
dans le but de faciliter la tâche pour les opérateurs et consommer moins d’énergie électrique à
l’aide de logiciel Dialux.

English : My end-of-study project is entitled on a unification of the two assembly lines and

improvement of the DLF VAN-KOMBI performances of the FORD project. I worked with the

DMAIC approach which is dedicated to continuous improvement. Indeed, to integrate a new

product into the manufacturing line, I started by discovering the manufacturing process of the

DLF assembly line in order to assimilate the context of the project, once the objective is

determined and the scope is defined, I tried to analyze the current situation of the DLF VAN line

in order to identify the causes that may impact our new unification line. Then I did a product

study, following a comparison with the components (wires and connectors) and the structures of

the line, which allowed us to detect the differences between the products of the two diversities

(VAN, KOMBI) . Based on these analyses, and some documentation (UCS, BOM and Layout) we

have reconfigured the existing means by proposing adequate solutions, to ensure the production of

the two families, and guarantee the desired daily production. These solutions consisted of unifying

the two layouts into one using autocad in order to optimize resources and space, as well as

resizing the structures on Catia V5 in order to support the capacity of the wires of the two

products, And this by applying a study ergonomics for new workstations. Finally I carried out a
 study of the lighting on this unification zone in order to facilitate the task for the operators and to

consume less electrical energy using Dialux software.

- Parlez-nous de votre motivation pour ce poste :

Puisque j’ai déjà travaillé sur un grand projet lors du stage de mon d’études cela implique des
responsabilités importantes J’ai envie d’avoir un poste me permettant de mettre en pratique toutes
les connaissances et compétences que j’ai acquises sur les aspects logiciel et fonctionnel du
système sur lequel je travaille. J’aime communiquer, travailler en équipe, gérer des personnes,
dialoguer avec le client et ainsi d’essayer de trouver des solutions économiques en termes
d’amélioration continue

English: Since I have already worked on a major project during my internship, this implies
significant responsibilities I want to have a position allowing me to put into practice all the
knowledge and skills I have acquired on the software and functional aspects of the system I work
on. I like to communicate, work in a team, manage people, dialogue with the client and thus try to
find economical solutions in terms of continuous improvement.

- Vos qualités et vos défauts :

Pour mes qualités, j’ai le sens d’initiative, je suis de quelqu’un qui sait prendre spontanément la
décision nécessaire. J’aime travailler avec une équipe, en effet j’aime être entouré par une équipe
confiante qui donne le meilleur d’elle-même. Ainsi je suis flexible, j’arrive facilement à apprendre
de nouvelles choses, rapide à s’intégrer dans un nouvel environnement.
Pour mes défauts, je suis perfectionniste, j’aime s’assurer qu’un travail a été bien fait.

English: For my qualities, I have a sense of initiative, I am someone who knows how to take the
necessary decision spontaneously. I like working with a team, indeed I like being surrounded by a
confident team that gives the best of itself. So I am flexible, I can easily learn new things , quick to
integrate into a new environment.
For my faults, I am a perfectionist, I like to make sure that a job has been done well.

- Pourquoi voulez-vous nous rejoindre :

J’ai un background très intéressant et une expérience avec les derniers logiciels innovants liés à
l’industrie. J’ai de l’expérience dans la gestion de conditions de travail difficiles et je peux donc
commencer à produire des résultats dès le premier mois de travail.

English: I have a very interesting background and experience with the latest innovative

software related to the industry. I have experience dealing with difficult working conditions, so I

can start delivering results within the first month on the job
- Pourquoi vous choisir :

Pourquoi moi et pas un autre Je ne connais pas les deux autres candidats et ne peux en parler, en
revanche. Les raisons qui font de moi un bon candidat Parce que je suis bon dans ce que je fais mais
que je sais que j’ai encore beaucoup à apprendre,. Je suis persuadé que nous allons pouvoir atteindre
nos objectifs ensemble. Je pense simplement avoir toutes les capacités requises pour remplir cette
mission qui me plaît et pour laquelle j’ai eu envie de vous rencontrer. En plus , je suis de quelqu’un
qui sait prendre spontanément la décision nécessaire, ainsi je suis flexible j’arrive facilement à
apprendre de nouvelles choses, a s’intégrer dans un nouvel environnement

English: Why me and not another? I don't know the other two candidates and can't talk

about them, however. Reasons that make me a good candidate Because I'm good at what I do

but I know I still have a lot to learn. I am convinced that we will be able to achieve our goals

together. I simply think I have all the skills required to fulfill this mission which pleases me and

for which I wanted to meet you. In addition, I am someone who knows how to spontaneously

take the necessary decision, so I am flexible I can easily learn new things, integrate into a new

environment

- Quels sont vos ambitions futures :

Actuellement chef de projet, j’aimerais évoluer sur un poste de directeur de la production.

My goals are to grow and learn with a company where I can continue accepting new challenges and
opportunities, contribute to the operation’s overall growth, and help build a strong team. I appreciate
that my goals and values align with your company’s mission and see many long-term opportunities I can
pursue while working here.

I hope to remain with your company for many years, begin committees, and support the long -term
goals of the organization. Over the next five years, I will hire new talent, broaden the scope of our work
in the advertising world, and initiate a number of major solutions.

- Comment vous avez trouvez le secteur automobile :

Le secteur automobile est réputés pour ses innovations , il est très réactif et qui s'améliore
constamment , je trouve que ce secteur est très motivant et porte plusieurs opportunités, ce secteur
m’as permet d’être au top de mes performances ansi d’essayer de bien gérer le stress.
- Comment vous avez pu gérer votre stress :

J’ssaye de fractionner mes taches en plusieurs étapes, je programmes des pauses régulieres, je
pratique la méditation : j’essaye de me détenter , de fermes les yeux et de respirez
naturellement, ainsi j’essayee de communiquer avec mes collégues de travail ca me permet
d’avoir une idée sur le problème en face
