RESUME
La radioprotection est une exigence réglementaire. Au Maroc elle est longtemps régit par La loi du 12 Octobre 1971
relative à la protection contre les rayonnements ionisants et par ses décrets d'application (du 28 Octobre 1997), cette
loi est récemment actualisée par la Loi n° 142-12 du 22 août 2014. Elle est constituée d’un ensemble cohérent de
règles médicales, organisationnelles et techniques regroupant Les principes généraux de protection contre les dangers
pouvant résulter de l'utilisation des rayonnements ionisants.
Le Code du travail marocain (art 318), définit le rôle préventif du médecin du travail. Il Consiste à éviter toute
altération de la santé des travailleurs du fait de leur travail, notamment en surveillant l’état de santé des salariés, les
conditions d’hygiène dans les lieux de travail, ainsi que les risques de contamination. Il a un rôle de Clinicien, de
Conseiller, de Consultant, d’Auditeur, expert et de gestionnaire. Le Médecin du travail, par ses différents rôles, est
considéré comme un Acteur principal de la radioprotection, un travailleur ne peut être affecté à un poste exposé à des
rayonnements ionisants qu’auprès avis du médecin du travail. Cet article a pour objectif de démystifier et de détailler
les différents rôles du médecin du travail en matière de la radioprotection conformément à la législation marocaine et
internationale.
ABSTRACT
Radiation protection is a regulatory requirement. In Morocco it has long been governed by the law of October 12,
1971 relating to protection against ionizing radiation and by its implementing decrees (of October 28, 1997), this law
has recently been updated by Law No. 142-12 of 22 August 2014. It is made up of a coherent set of medical,
organizational and technical rules bringing together the general principles of protection against the dangers that may
result from the use of ionizing radiation.
The Moroccan Labor Code (art 318) defines the preventive role of the occupational physician. It consists of avoiding
any deterioration in the health of workers as a result of their work, in particular by monitoring the state of health of
employees, the hygiene conditions in the workplaces, as well as the risks of contamination. He has a role of Clinician,
Advisor, Consultant, Auditor, expert and manager. The Occupational Physician, through his various roles, is
considered a main player in radiation protection, a worker can only be assigned to a position exposed to ionizing
radiation after obtaining the opinion of the Occupational Physician. This article aims to demystify and detail the
different roles of the occupational physician in the field of radiation protection in accordance with Moroccan and
international legislation.
